Abstract
【解決手段】クロムを含有する溶鋼を脱酸処理後、アルミ脱酸を行い、脱酸直後、CaO及びMgOを投入した。Alの投入はスラグ中のAl2O3濃度が20wt%以上となるように調整し、またCaO及びMgOの投入は、スラグ中のCaOとAl2O3の重量比、CaO/Al2O3が0.5以上、1.7以下であり、かつMgO濃度が15wt%以上となるように調整する。

Claims (2)
- 製鋼炉又は取鍋の溶鋼にAl又はAl合金を投入して脱酸処理を行うアルミキルド鋼の溶製方法において、脱酸後に精製するスラグがアルミナAl2O3を20重量%以上含有し、かつ脱酸後のスラグに含まれる酸化カルシウムCaOとアルミナAl2O3と酸化マグネシウムMgOが0.5≦wt%CaO/wt%Al2O3≦1.7であり、かつ15wt%≦MgO≦35wt%であることを特徴とするアルミキルド鋼の溶製方法。
- 製鋼炉又は取鍋に内張りされる耐火物が塩基性又は中性の耐火物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミキルド鋼の溶製方法。
