Abstract
【解決手段】加熱炉1内で板材6の間に熱風を通過させる板材の加熱方法において、保持装置4上に、板材保持具7により複数の板材6を平行に保持するとともに、輻射板保持具9により板材6の間に薄板状または箔状の輻射板8を板材6の熱風下流側に対向して保持し、保持装置4を加熱炉1内に配置して板材6の間に熱風を通過させる。

Description
図1に、本発明の板材の加熱方法の第1の実施形態を示す。本実施形態は加熱炉1を用いるが、加熱炉1は、公知のローラハース式連続焼成炉であって、断熱材からなる炉体2の内部にローラコンベア3が設けられ、ローラコンベア3によって加熱対象物を保持した保持装置4を次々に加熱炉1内を通過させることで、連続的に加熱対象物を焼成(加熱)するものである。
先ず、図3に、本発明の加熱方法を簡略化したモデルにおいて、熱風によって一定時間加熱したときのガラス基板6の温度分布を示す。図3において、輻射板8は、ガラス基板6の熱風下流側約4分の3に対向するように、各ガラス基板6の間および両側に配置されている。このように配置された常温のガラス基板6および輻射板8を、加熱炉1において上方より熱風を吹き下ろして加熱すると、ガラス基板6および輻射板8は、熱風からの対流熱伝達によって加熱される。

Claims (9)
- 複数の板材を平行に保持し、
前記板材の間に薄板状または箔状の輻射板を保持し、
加熱炉内で前記板材および前記輻射板の間に熱風を通過させ、
前記板材を前記熱風の対流熱伝達および前記輻射板からの輻射熱によって加熱することを特徴とする板材の加熱方法。 - 前記輻射板は、前記板材の前記熱風下流側に対向して保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板材の加熱方法。
- 前記輻射板は、前記板材の前記熱風上流側の端部および前記加熱炉の熱源に近い側の端部には対向しないように保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板材の加熱方法。
- 前記輻射板は、厚さ100μm以下の表面に酸化膜を形成したステンレス箔であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の板材の加熱方法。
- 複数の板材を平行に、且つ、前記板材の間に薄板状または箔状の輻射板を保持する保持装置と、
前記板材および前記輻射板の間を通過するように熱風を循環させる加熱炉とからなることを特徴とする板材の加熱装置。 - 加熱炉内で加熱する板材を保持する保持装置であって、
複数の板材を平行に保持する板材保持具と、
前記板材の間および両側に、前記板材と平行に薄板状または箔状の輻射板をそれぞれ保持する輻射板保持具とを備えることを特徴とする保持装置。 - 前記輻射板保持具は、前記保持装置の両側に直立した複数の支柱と、該支柱とともに前記輻射板をそれぞれ狭持する複数の押さえ板とからなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の保持装置。
- 前記輻射板保持具は、前記輻射板を、前記板材の下側に対向して保持することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の保持装置。
- 前記輻射板は、厚さ100μm以下の表面に酸化膜を形成したステンレス箔であることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の保持装置。
