Abstract
【解決手段】超臨界蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルに適用され、圧縮機100から吐出された高圧冷媒を冷却する放熱器200を備える空調装置において、放熱器200は、外部から取り入れられた空気を冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路に重点的に導くための誘導部材700の風下側に配置される。これにより、部品コストの低減および冷凍サイクル効率の向上が図れる。

Description
放熱器(200)は、外部から取り入れられた空気を放熱器(200)の空気側通路に対して冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路に重点的に導く誘導部材(700)の風下側に配置されることを特徴としている。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態における空調装置を図1および図2に基づいて説明する。本実施形態は本発明に係わる超臨界蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルの放熱器200を車両用空調装置に適用したものであって、図1は超臨界蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルの車両搭載形態を示す模式図、図2(a)は放熱器200および誘導部材700の全体構成を示す模式図、図2(b)は(a)に示すA矢視図である。
本第実施形態では、車両側に熱交換器200全体の空気側通路を囲うための誘導部材700が配設されておれば、図3に示すように、冷媒流入部230近傍の空気側通路(上方領域)と冷媒流出部240近傍の空気側通路(下方領域)とを仕切る仕切り部材701を配設している。
以上の実施形態では、誘導部材700を上下左右の四つに分けてガイド部材701〜704で構成したが、これに限ることはなく、四つ以上の複数に分けて構成しても良い。また、誘導部材700の形状を矩形状に形成したが、これに限らず、矩形状とは限定しない。

Claims (5)
- 高圧側の圧力が冷媒の臨界圧力以上となる超臨界蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルに適用され、圧縮機(100)から吐出された高圧冷媒を冷却する放熱器(200)を備える空調装置において、
前記放熱器(200)は、外部から取り入れられた空気を前記放熱器(200)の空気側通路に対して冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路に重点的に導く誘導部材(700)の風下側に配置されることを特徴とする空調装置。 - 前記放熱器(200)は、冷媒の流れ方向が略水平方向に流れるように形成し、かつ前記冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路が前記放熱器(200)の空気側通路に対して下方側に形成されており、
前記誘導部材(700)は、複数に分けられたガイド部材(701〜705)で、前記放熱器(200)の下方側の空気側通路を重点的に囲うように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調装置。 - 前記複数のガイド部材(701〜705)には、冷媒流入側近傍の空気側通路と前記冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路とを仕切る仕切り部材(701)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空調装置。
- 前記複数のガイド部材(702〜705)のそれぞれは、回り込み空気が前記冷媒流出側近傍の空気側通路に向けて流れ込むことを抑制するように形成していることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の空調装置。
- 前記放熱器(200)を車両に搭載されたラジエータ(600)の空気流れ上流側に配置する車両用の空調装置であって、
前記誘導部材(700)は、前記複数のガイド部材(701〜705)が車体側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の空調装置。
