Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の細胞状態検出装置は、細胞に励起光L1を照射する励起光照射手段1と、この励起光照射手段1からの励起光L1により細胞から発せられる自家蛍光L2を検出する自家蛍光検出手段7と、この自家蛍光検出手段7の検出結果に基づいて細胞の状態を出力する細胞状態出力手段8とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 細胞に励起光を照射する励起光照射手段と、
該励起光照射手段からの励起光により前記細胞から発せられる自家蛍光を検出する自家蛍光検出手段と、
該自家蛍光検出手段の検出結果に基づいて前記細胞の状態を出力する細胞状態出力手段とを備えたことを特徴とする細胞状態検出装置。 - 前記細胞状態出力手段は、前記細胞から発せられる自家蛍光強度、自家蛍光パターン、自家蛍光スペクトルパターンのうちの何れか一つ、又は、それらの組み合わせを出力し、若しくは、当該出力を処理した情報を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞状態検出装置。
- 前記励起光照射手段は、前記細胞に対して非侵襲性の波長の前記励起光を当該細胞に照射することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞状態検出装置。
- 前記励起光照射手段は、紫外領域及び赤外領域の波長を除く前記励起光を前記細胞に照射することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞状態検出装置。
- 前記励起光照射手段は、400nm以上600nm以下の波長の前記励起光を前記細胞に照射することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞状態検出装置。
- 前記励起光照射手段は、前記細胞から発せられる自家蛍光が可視光となる前記励起光を当該細胞に照射することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞状態検出装置。
- 細胞に励起光を照射し、当該励起光により前記細胞から発せられる自家蛍光の状態から当該細胞の状態を検出することを特徴とする細胞状態検出方法。
