Abstract
【課題】 構造を複雑にすることなく複数のセラミックチューブの洗浄を均一にしかも容易に行うことができる金属濾過装置を提供する。
【解決手段】 ユニット容器2内に一対の側板10、11を設け、一対の側板10、11の間に複数本の長尺状のセラミックチューブ13を取り付け、セラミックチューブ13の下側におけるユニット容器2の底部に多数のガス噴出孔16を有するガス噴出プレート15を備え、ガス噴出プレート15のガス噴出孔16からアルゴンガスを噴出させることで、ユニット容器2の底部側からセラミックチューブ13の表層に付着した介在物を除去する。

Claims (5)
- ユニット容器内に一対の側板を設け、一対の側板の間に長尺状のセラミックチューブを取り付け、ユニット容器内に金属溶湯を供給する入湯口を設け、セラミックチューブを通過した金属溶湯を排出する出湯口を側板に設け、セラミックチューブの下側におけるユニット容器の底部に多数の流体噴出孔を有する流体噴出プレートを備え、流体噴出孔から流体を噴出させるための流体供給手段を流体噴出プレートに接続したことを特徴とする金属濾過装置。
- 請求項1に記載の金属濾過装置において、
流体噴出プレートは、ユニット容器の底面のセラミックチューブの配置部位の略全面にわたる大きさである
ことを特徴とする金属濾過装置。 - 請求項2に記載の金属濾過装置において、
流体噴出プレートの多数の流体噴出孔は、縦横で均等に設けられている
ことを特徴とする金属濾過装置。 - ユニット容器内に一対の側板を設け、一対の側板の間に長尺状のセラミックチューブを取り付け、ユニット容器内に金属溶湯を供給する入湯口を設け、セラミックチューブを通過した金属溶湯を排出する出湯口を側板に設け、出湯口側から一対の側板の間におけるユニット容器内に流体を圧送するポンプ機構を備えたことを特徴とする金属濾過装置。
- 請求項4に記載の金属濾過装置において、
ユニット容器には出湯口につながる出湯通路が設けられ、出湯通路には、不活性ガスを出湯通路内に供給すると共に出湯通路内に供給された不活性ガスをユニット容器内に押し込むピストン部材が往復移動自在に設けられている
ことを特徴とする金属濾過装置。
