Abstract
【解決手段】逆流防止部13を備えたスクリュー12を内蔵する材料送給シリンダー11内で、強化繊維3と樹脂2とを可塑化混練し、この可塑化され、強化繊維3が混入された樹脂5を成形金型60のキャビティ内に射出する繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法において、前記スクリュー12の逆流防止部13より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー11内に前記強化繊維3を混入するとともに、前記逆流防止部13より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー11内に物理発泡剤4を注入することを特徴とする。

Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置の全体構成を図1に示す。この繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置1は、可塑化押出部10、樹脂貯留部20、計量射出部30、SCF供給ユニット40、GF供給ユニット50および成形金型60を備えている。
本発明の第2の実施形態に係る繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置の全体構成を図3に示す。この繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置1Aは、樹脂貯留部20を備えていない点で上記の第1の実施形態における繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置1と相違している。その他の点については第1の実施形態の繊維強化樹脂射出成形装置1と同一であり、同一の構成についてはその説明を省略する。
上記の第1の実施形態では、GF供給部53にシール部材55を設け、強化繊維混入部14(GF供給ユニット50)から物理発泡剤4や樹脂組成物5が漏出するのを防止していたが、これに替えて、物理発泡剤4の漏出を許容しつつ、その漏出量に見合った物理発泡剤4を補償する手段を設けてもよい。
以下に、上記の実施形態に替えてあるいは加えて、一部機能を変更あるいは付加する変形実施例について説明する。

Claims (16)
- 逆流防止部を備えたスクリューを内蔵する材料送給シリンダー内で、強化繊維と樹脂とを可塑化混練し、この可塑化され、強化繊維が混入された樹脂を成形金型のキャビティ内に射出する繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法において、
前記スクリューの逆流防止部より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー内に前記強化繊維を混入するとともに、前記逆流防止部より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー内に物理発泡剤を注入する
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。 - 前記物理発泡剤が、超臨界状態の流体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記強化繊維が、前記物理発泡剤の注入位置より下流側の位置で混入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記強化樹脂が、単独で混入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記強化繊維が、連続繊維として前記シリンダー内に供給され、前記スクリューで切断されることによって前記シリンダー内に混入されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記物理発泡剤の注入位置から前記成形金型のキャビティに至る間の樹脂流路上において、前記強化繊維の樹脂中における混合分散が促進されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 前記物理発泡剤が注入され、前記強化繊維が混入された樹脂が一旦貯留され、射出ユニットに移送され、成形に必要な量が計量された上で、当該射出ユニットを介して前記成形金型のキャビティ内に送出されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 逆流防止部を備えたスクリューを内蔵する材料送給シリンダー内で、強化繊維と樹脂とを可塑化混練し、この可塑化され、強化繊維が混入された樹脂を成形金型のキャビティ内に射出する繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置において、
前記スクリューの逆流防止部より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー内に前記強化繊維を混入する強化繊維混入部を設けるとともに、前記逆流防止部より下流側の位置で前記シリンダー内に物理発泡剤を注入する発泡剤注入部を設けた
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。 - 前記物理発泡剤が、超臨界状態の流体であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記強化繊維が、前記発泡剤注入部より下流側の位置で混入されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記強化樹脂が、単独で混入されることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記強化繊維が、連続繊維として前記シリンダー内に供給され、前記スクリューで切断されることによって前記シリンダー内に混入されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記発泡剤注入部から前記成形金型のキャビティに至る間の樹脂流路上において、前記強化繊維の樹脂中における混合分散が促進される混合分散促進手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記物理発泡剤が注入され、前記強化繊維が混入された樹脂が一旦貯留部に貯留され、射出ユニットに移送され、成形に必要な量が計量された上で、当該射出ユニットを介して前記成形金型のキャビティ内に送出されることを特徴とする請求項8乃至13に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記シリンダーの前記強化繊維混入部に当該シリンダーの内外間をシールするシール手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至14のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
- 前記強化繊維混入部より漏出する物理発泡剤の導出路に流量検出手段が介設され、当該流量検出手段により検出された物理発泡剤の漏出量に対応して、前記発泡剤注入部から物理発泡剤が補充されることを特徴とする請求項8乃至14のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形装置。
