Abstract
【解決手段】第1流体の状態、特に空調装置の冷媒の状態を調節するための熱交換器ユニットは流体と空気の熱交換器を備え、この流体と空気の熱交換器は、第1管要素ユニット3aに第1流体を供給するための入口接続分配管8と、流体と空気の熱交換器3から圧縮機段14に第1流体を移送するための中間出口10と、圧縮機段14から流体と空気の熱交換器3に第1流体を移送するための中間入口11とを具備し、中間入口11の下流に第2管要素ユニット3bが配置され、第2管要素ユニットから第1流体を排出するために出口接続分配管13が設けられ、第1流体が出口接続分配管を経て膨張段15に移送可能である。

Claims (13)
- 流体と空気の熱交換器を備えた、第1流体の状態、特に空調装置の冷媒の状態を調節するための熱交換器ユニットであって、前記の流体と空気の熱交換器が、
―第1管要素ユニット(3a)に第1流体を供給するための入口接続分配管(8)を具備し、空気または第2流体が特に第1流体の流れ方向に対して横方向に前記第1管要素ユニットの周囲を流れることができるようにまたは前記第1管要素ユニットを流通できるように、前記第1管要素ユニットが形成され、
―更に、前記の流体と空気の熱交換器(3)から圧縮機段(14)に第1流体を移送するための中間出口(10)と、
―前記圧縮機段(14)から前記の流体と空気の熱交換器(3)に第1流体を移送するための中間入口(11)とを具備し、
―前記中間入口(11)の下流に第2管要素ユニット(3b)が配置され、空気または第2流体が前記第2管要素ユニットの周囲を流れることができるようにまたは前記第2管要素ユニットを流通できるように、前記第2管要素ユニットが形成され、
―前記第2管要素ユニットから第1流体を排出するために出口接続分配管(13)が設けられ、第1流体が前記出口接続分配管を経て膨張段(15)に移送可能である、
上記熱交換器ユニット。 - 前記圧縮機段(14)と前記膨張段(15)が互いに隣接して配置され、かつ特にトルクを伝達するように互いに連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記第1管要素ユニット(3a)が垂直組込み状況で前記第2管要素ユニット(3b)の下方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記第1管要素ユニット(3a)と前記第2管要素ユニット(3b)が好ましくは直方体の包被空間(7)内に共通の1つの構造ユニットを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記第1管要素ユニット(3a)は少なくとも一部が水平に配置された管要素(5)に沿って形成され、かつ第1の流体が下側から上側へ垂直方向(H)に流通できるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記第2管要素ユニット(3b)は少なくとも一部が水平に配置された管要素(5)に沿って形成され、かつ第1の流体が上側から下側へ垂直方向(H)に流通できるように形成され、特に中間入口(11)が第2管要素ユニット(3b)の上側区間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記膨張段(15)の下流に、第1流体を蒸発させるための第2熱交換器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記の流体と空気の熱交換器(3)の外側に配置された移送管(31)が前記圧縮機段(14)と前記中間入口(11)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記膨張段(15)が前記出口接続分配管(13)に一体的に形成されているかあるいは溶接、ろう付けまたは接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記圧縮機段(14)と前記膨張段(15)が共通の1つのハウジング(16)内に配置され、該ハウジング(16)が(その中に摺動可能に配置された、)圧縮機ホイール(14a,14b)と膨張段ホイール(15a,15b)との間の断熱隔壁(21)を備え、この隔壁が前記圧縮機ホイールおよび前記膨張段ホイールに接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- 前記圧縮機段(14)と前記膨張段(15)が共通の1本の軸(17)を備え、圧縮機ホイール(14a)または膨張段ホイール(15a)が共通の軸(17)上に摺動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
- ―前記膨張段(15)が第1流体の内部膨張を実施することができる可変の膨張容積を有することと、
―前記圧縮機段(14)が第1流体の内部圧縮を実施することができる可変の圧縮機容積を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。 - 前記膨張段(15)と前記圧縮機段(14)がそれぞれ、中央軸(17)に軸承された内側ホイール(14a,15a)と、ハウジングに軸承され内側ホイールを包囲する外側ホイール(14b,15b)とを備え、
―前記内側ホイール(14a,15a)に外歯が付設され、
―この外歯にかみ合う対応する内歯が前記外側ホイール(14b,15b)に付設され、
―該内側ホイールと外側ホイールがそれぞれ、互いに離隔された2本の回転軸線(17a,16a)回りに回転可能に軸承されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器ユニット。
