Abstract
【解決手段】 複数の点光源1と、少なくとも一側面から入射された点光源1からの光を出射面から出射する導光板4と、導光板4の入射面Aと略平行に形成された側面部を有する下ケース8と、複数の点光源1を所定の間隔で配置し、導光板の入射面A側に配置された光源基板2とを備えた面状光源装置において、光源基板2と前記下ケース8の側面部とを挟み込み、点光源1と対応する部分に間隙部が形成され、且つ導光板4の出射面Bの端部を支持する樹脂フレーム3を備える。

Description
本発明の実施の形態1を図1〜図6により説明する。図1は本発明の実施の形態1における面状光源装置を説明する分解斜視図、図2〜4は図1の分解図を全て結合して表示装置を完成させた場合のX−X方向の断面図、図5は本発明の実施の形態1における表示装置の拡大斜視図である。
本発明の実施の形態2を図6により説明する。図6は実施の形態1の図1の分解図を全て結合して表示装置を完成させた場合におけるX−X方向の断面図である。図6において、図1〜図5と同じ構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
本発明の実施の形態3を図7により説明する。図7は実施の形態1の図1の分解図を全て結合して表示装置を完成させた場合におけるX−X方向の断面図である。図7において、図1〜図6と同じ構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
Claims (8)
- 複数の点光源と、
少なくとも一側面から入射された前記点光源からの光を、前記一側面と垂直に配設される出射面から出射する導光板と、
前記導光板の一側面と略平行に形成された側面部を有する下ケースと、
前記複数の点光源を所定の間隔で配置し、前記導光板の一側面側に配置された光源基板と、
前記光源基板と前記下ケースの側面部とを挟み込み、前記点光源と対応する部分に間隙部が形成され、且つ前記導光板の出射面の端部を支持する樹脂フレームと、
を備えることを特徴とする面状光源装置。 - 前記樹脂フレームにより前記導光板の出射面を支持する部分において、前記点光源間の前記出射面に前記点光源からの光を入射可能な露出部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームは、前記導光板の一側面である入射面を支持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームは、前記導光板の出射面と垂直に配設された側面において、前記入射面を挟む2側面を支持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記樹脂フレームは、白色であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記光源基板上の前記点光源間において凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記凸部は、半田で形成されたドーム形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記点光源は、発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の面状光源装置。
