Abstract

本发明提供一种胶框、背光模组及液晶显示器。其中,胶框具有用于安装导光板的容纳空间,所述胶框的其中一侧设置有反射定位结构,所述反射定位结构对应于导光板的入光侧;所述反射定位结构具有多个用于放置LED的LED放置槽,每个LED放置槽的开口端位于所述胶框与所述导光板平行的端面上,每个LED放置槽在靠近导光板的一侧设置有LED出光孔,并且所述反射定位结构在靠近导光板的一侧上设置有反射层。所述背光模组包括胶框。所述液晶显示器包括背光模组。本发明的胶框可将导光板漏出的光线反射回导光板,增加光线利用率;可增加整个胶框的强度,不易变形,利于导光板定位安装;最优应用于中小尺寸手机平板,对于长边入光的背光更显优势。

一种胶框、背光模组及液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示装置的技术领域,特别涉及一种胶框、背光模组及液晶显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件。
一般情况下,如图1所示,一种中小尺寸背光模组(不同于大尺寸),包括:胶框101、反射片102、导光板103、光学膜片组104、灯源柔性电路板(FPC)105、LED 106、遮光胶带107以及显示屏幕108等,所述灯源柔性电路板105和LED 106通过所述遮光胶带107固定于所述导光板103和胶框101上,所述光学膜片组104通过遮光胶带107固定在胶框101上,所述反射片102通过遮光胶带贴于胶框101底面,显示屏幕108贴于遮光胶带上。为进一步直观理解,可参考图2的背光模组的立体图(未示出导光板和光学膜片组),导光板由胶框最两边的凸起109来定位,LED 106置于胶框101的凸起109的间隙中,但当LED颗数较少时,背光容易出现图3所示的光斑(hotspot)问题:一是LED出光处较亮,即图3中对应LED106出光处的亮区111,每相邻的两个亮区111之间为暗区112,二是LED106间隙处漏出的无法利用的光线113。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可实现提高光线利用率及导光板更好定位的胶框、背光模组及液晶显示器。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种胶框,其具有用于安装导光板的容纳空间,其中,所述胶框的其中一侧设置有反射定位结构,所述反射定位结构对应于导光板的入光侧;
所述反射定位结构具有多个用于放置LED的LED放置槽,每个LED放置槽的开口端位于所述胶框与所述导光板平行的端面上,每个LED放置槽在靠近导光板的一侧设置有LED出光孔,并且所述反射定位结构在靠近导光板的一侧上设置有反射层。反射层可将导光板漏出的光线反射回导光板,即反射层可将现有的背光模组中无法利用的光线反射回导光板重新利用。并且此结构有利于导光板安装放置。这是因为通过设置反射定位结构,可增加整个胶框的强度,不易变形,使得导光板的尺寸与胶框的容纳空间的尺寸更加匹配。
所述的胶框,其中,所述LED出光孔的孔壁上也设置有反射层,进一步加强反射效果。
所述的胶框,其中,所述LED出光孔的尺寸等于LED出光面的尺寸。由于出光孔的尺寸小于LED的尺寸,因此LED无法从出光孔脱落而出,保证的结构的稳定性;由于将出光孔的尺寸缩小到与LED出光面的尺寸相等,因此增大了反射层的面积,使得漏光现象大大降低。
所述的胶框,其中,所述LED放置槽的尺寸与LED的尺寸相等,因此有利于固定LED。
所述的胶框,其中,所述导光板的尺寸与所述胶框的容纳空间的尺寸相等,因此有利于固定导光板。
所述的胶框,其中,所述多个LED放置槽为均匀间隔布置。
所述的胶框,其中,每个LED放置槽用于放置至少两颗LED,并且每个LED放置槽设置有与LED数目对应的LED出光孔。
所述的胶框,其中,所述LED放置槽还设置与所述开口端相对布置的封闭端。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,其包括上述的胶框。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示器,其包括上述的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、可将导光板漏出的光线反射回导光板,增加光线利用率;
2、可增加整个胶框的强度,不易变形,利于导光板定位安装;
3、最优应用于中小尺寸手机平板,对于长边入光的背光更显优势。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图4和图5所示,本发明提供一种胶框1,其呈矩形框,所述矩形框中的容纳空间10用于安装导光板及LED(均未示出)。所述胶框1的其中一侧设置有反射定位结构2,所述反射定位结构2对应于导光板的入光侧。
具体请如图5所示,所述反射定位结构2具有沿着胶框1的侧边方向均匀间隔分布的多个LED放置槽3。其中,所述LED放置槽3具有开口端,其位于所述胶框与所述导光板平行的端面上(在其他实施例中,所述开口端还可设置在所述胶框的其他端面上),用于放置LED,与开口端相对的另一侧为封闭端,放置LED从封闭端脱落,并且优选地,所述LED放置槽3的尺寸与LED的尺寸相等。此外,每个所述的LED放置槽3在靠近导光板的一侧设置有LED出光孔4,每个LED出光孔4对应每个LED的出光面。LED和LED放置槽3这种一对一地设计,能够使LED固定在LED放置槽3中,并且能够轻易地使LED的出光面与LED出光孔4对准,此外,开口端的设计使LED易于放置,操作简易。当装配胶框时,压在胶框上方的结构将会使LED放置槽3的开口端封闭,LED将会固定在LED放置槽3中。或者,也可在开口端设置用于卡止LED的部件,使得LED无法从开口端脱出。
所述反射定位结构2在靠近导光板的一侧上设置有反射层5,并且所述出光孔4的孔壁上也设置有反射层5,即反射层5覆盖反射定位结构2整个与导光板接触的面及LED出光孔4内部。
安装时,首先将多个LED依次从开口端放入到对应的LED放置槽3中,并且保证LED的出光面对准反射定位结构2的LED出光孔4,以便光线顺利进入导光板,反射定位结构2的反射层5可将导光板漏出的光线反射回导光板,即反射层可将现有的背光模组中无法利用的光线反射回导光板重新利用。并且此结构有利于导光板安装放置。这是因为通过设置反射定位结构2,可增加整个胶框的强度,不易变形,并且使得导光板的尺寸与胶框1的容纳空间10的尺寸更加匹配。
由于LED出光面的实际尺寸小于LED朝向反光板的该面尺寸,因此优选地,所述反射定位结构2的出光孔4的尺寸等于LED出光面的尺寸,而小于LED朝向导光板的该面尺寸,这样设计的优势在于:一、由于出光孔4的尺寸小于LED的尺寸,因此LED无法从出光孔4脱落而出,保证的结构的稳定性;二、由于将出光孔4的尺寸缩小到与LED出光面的尺寸相等,因此增大了反射层5的面积,使得漏光现象大大降低。
如图6和图7所示,第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于每个LED放置槽3可用于容纳至少两颗LED,并且每个所述的LED放置槽3在靠近导光板的一侧设置有至少两个数目对应的LED出光孔4,每个LED出光孔4对应每个LED的出光面。
在第二实施例中,通过将第一实施例中的每相邻的至少两个LED放置槽3合并为一个,能够更加简易地制作反射定位结构。
第三实施例与第一实施例的区别在于LED放置槽3的数量为一个,即所有的LED均放置在一个连通的LED放置槽3中,并且所述LED放置槽3在靠近导光板的一侧设置有数目对应的LED出光孔4,每个LED出光孔4对应每个LED的出光面。第三实施例中的反射定位结构更加易于加工。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,其包括上述任一实施例中的胶框。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:
1、可将导光板漏出的光线反射回导光板,增加光线利用率;
2、可增加整个胶框的强度,不易变形,利于导光板定位安装;
3、最优应用于中小尺寸手机平板,对于长边入光的背光更显优势。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种胶框,其具有用于安装导光板的容纳空间,其特征在于,所述胶框的其中一侧设置有反射定位结构,所述反射定位结构对应于导光板的入光侧;
所述反射定位结构具有多个用于放置LED的LED放置槽,每个LED放置槽的开口端位于所述胶框与所述导光板平行的端面上,每个LED放置槽在靠近导光板的一侧设置有LED出光孔,并且所述反射定位结构在靠近导光板的一侧上设置有反射层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述LED出光孔的孔壁上也设置有反射层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述LED出光孔的尺寸等于LED出光面的尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述LED放置槽的尺寸与LED的尺寸相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述导光板的尺寸与所述胶框的容纳空间的尺寸相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述多个LED放置槽为均匀间隔布置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,每个LED放置槽用于放置至少两颗LED,并且每个LED放置槽设置有与LED数目对应的LED出光孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述LED放置槽还设置有与所述开口端相对布置的封闭端。
9.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的胶框。
10.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求9所述的背光模组。
