Abstract
【解決手段】技術的な表面、特にほぼ回転対称の工作物(3)の表面を加工する装置で、少なくとも1つの加工ユニット(4)と工作物支持体(1)を有し、工作物支持体に駆動装置と、工作物支持体上に回転可能に固定された、工作物を加工ユニットへあてがうための2つ以上のホルダ(5)が設けられている、ものにおいて、加工ユニットが、工作物の表面上にほぼ一定の圧接圧力を形成するための手段(6)を有し、かつ駆動装置が、加工ユニットへ工作物をあてがう時間的な順序と処理長さを定めるように、設計されている。

Description
図1は、ベルトブラシ装置を示している。その場合に工作物は、周回の中断なしで、あるいはクロック駆動で移動させることができる。ブラシ4の数と位置は、変化することができる。さらに、ブラシ長さは、知られているように適合させることができる(1つないし複数のローラ間隔の延長および/またはベルトの延長)。
本発明に基づくブラシ装置によって初めて、CVDコーティングまたはPVDコーティングされた工具をブラッシングし、それによって進入挙動を改良することが試みられた。次に、PVDコーティングされた工作物のためのこの種のブラシ処理の他の利点を示す、種々の例を説明する。

Claims (8)
- 技術的な表面、特にほぼ回転対称の工作物(3)の表面を加工する装置であって、
少なくとも1つの加工ユニット(4)と工作物支持体(1)を有し、該工作物支持体に、駆動装置と、前記工作物支持体上に回転可能に固定された、工作物(3)を加工ユニット(4)へあてがうための少なくとも2つまたはそれより多いホルダ(5)が設けられている、装置において、
加工ユニット(4)が、工作物(3)の表面上にほぼ一定の圧接圧力を形成するための手段(6)を有しており、かつ、
駆動装置が、加工ユニット(4)へ工作物(3)をあてがう時間的な順序と処理長さを定めるように、設計されている、
ことを特徴とする技術的な表面を加工する装置。 - 少なくとも1つの加工ユニット(4)が、ブラシユニットまたは研磨ユニット、しかし好ましくはラウンドブラシまたはベルトブラシを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記手段(6)が、少なくとも1つのガス圧ダンパー、ばね手段、弾性的な手段または重り手段と必要な場合にはレバー手段を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1と2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 工作物支持体が、皿状またはベルト状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 駆動装置が連続的、サイクリックあるいは歩進的に送る駆動装置である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ホルダ(5)が、工作物(3)の周面に接する加工ユニット(4)の接線力によって回転可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ホルダが、別の駆動手段によって回転可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 駆動手段が、歯車とリム、摩擦ホィールと摩擦リムなどを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
