前記ブラックマトリックス層の表面に疎水層を形成する段階とをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のパターン形成方法。 - 凹部及び凸部を備えた印刷板を準備する段階と、
前記印刷板の前記凹部にパターン物質を滴下する段階と、
印刷板上に印刷ロールを回転させ、前記印刷板の前記凹部に形成された前記パターン物質を前記印刷ロールに転写する段階と、
基板上に前記印刷ロールを回転させ、前記基板上に前記パターン物質を転写してパターン物質層を形成する段階と
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする液晶表示素子の製造方法。 - 前記パターン物質は、ブラックマトリックスまたはカラーフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示素子の製造方法。
