Abstract
【解決手段】第一燃焼形態と第二燃焼形態とを切り替えるとき、前記第一燃焼形態にあった燃料の噴射形態と前記第二燃焼形態にあった燃料の噴射形態との間で燃料の噴射形態Fを連続的に移行させる制御手段13を備え、制御手段13は、吸入空気量MAF或いはEGR率に基づいて、NOx、燃焼音及び煤のうちのいずれもピークとならないように、燃料の噴射形態Fを移行させるものである。

ここで、MAFcは吸入空気量MAFの検出値であり、MAFpがPCI燃焼時の吸入空気量MAFの目標値であり、MAFdが拡散燃焼時の吸入空気量MAFの目標値である。
=0.375+(1−0.375)/(1−0.85)*{(MAFc−MAFp)/(MAFd−MAFp)−0.85}
図4のフローチャートを用いて具体的な制御方法を説明する。このフローチャートは、エンジン運転状態がPCI燃焼から拡散燃焼へ移行する条件となったとき、ECU13により実行されるものである。

Claims (2)
- 第一燃焼形態と第二燃焼形態とを切り替えるとき、前記第一燃焼形態にあった燃料の噴射形態と前記第二燃焼形態にあった燃料の噴射形態との間で前記燃料の噴射形態を連続的に移行させる制御手段を備え、該制御手段は、吸入空気量或いはEGR率に基づいて、NOx、燃焼音及び煤のうちのいずれもピークとならないように、前記燃料の噴射形態を移行させるものであることを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記第一燃焼形態が燃料の噴射中に燃焼が行われる拡散燃焼形態であり、前記第二燃焼形態が燃料の噴射終了後に燃焼が行われる予混合燃焼形態である請求項1記載のディーゼルエンジンの制御装置。
