Abstract

Claims (18)
- プラスチックワークピース(10)を別のワークピース(12)に連結する方法であって、
− プラスチックワークピース(10)及び別のワークピース(12)を設けるステップと、
− 前記別のワークピース(12)を前記プラスチックワークピース(10)に設置するステップと、
− 前記別のワークピース(12)が支持する表面(13)に対向する、前記プラスチックワークピース(10)の表面(14)上に連結部材(11)を提供するステップと、
− 前記プラスチックワークピース(10)を支持する前記表面上に設けられる凹部(17)を前記別のワークピース(12)に形成するステップと、
− 前記連結部材(11)の材料を可塑化させるように、前記連結部材(11)を加熱するステップと、
− 前記凹部(17)に可塑化した材料を圧入するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記連結部材(11)を前記プラスチックワークピース(10)上に形成することによって前記連結部材(11)を設ける請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記連結部材(11)を前記プラスチックワークピース(10)と一体に形成する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記連結部材(11)を前記プラスチックワークピース(10)から独立した部品として供給する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部17を組み込む前に前記連結部材(11)を供給する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部17の形成後に供給する前記連結部材(11)を形成する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部(17)に圧入させる前記プラスチックワークピース(10)の前記材料にかかる圧力は、前記プラスチックワークピース(10)の前記材料が冷却するまで維持される請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記別のワークピース(12)が金属からなる請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記凹部(17)を前記別のワークピース(12)に穴として組み込む請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記穴は、前記連結部材(11)及び前記プラスチックワークピース(10)を貫通し、別のワークピース(12)へ到る請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記穴をネジ穴として形成する請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。
- 貫通孔として設計される前記穴は、前記別のワークピース(12)を通る請求項9乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックワークピース(10)に面する側とは反対の表面(15)に隣接する前記貫通孔の領域が、前記貫通孔の他の部分より大きな直径を有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックワークピース(10)に隣接する前記別のワークピース(12)の前記表面を粗面化する請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックワークピース(10)に隣接する前記別のワークピース(12)の前記表面を研磨する請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ドリリング部材(3)と、
前記ドリリング部材(3)を囲み、ピストン面(6)を有する環状ピストン(5)と、
前記ピストンを囲み、環状位置決め面(8)を有する加熱リング(7)と、を備え、
加熱リングを加熱することが可能であり、
前記ピストン(5)は、前記ピストン面(6)が前記位置決め面(8)の後方に移動して収縮した位置と、前記ピストン面(6)が前記位置決め面(8)の平面を移動して伸長した位置との間を、前記ドリリング部材(3)の軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記ドリリング部材(3)は、前記ピストン(5)が前記収縮した位置にある場合、前記前記ドリリング部材(3)の先端部(9)が前記ピストン面(6)の平面に配置されている第1の位置と、前記ドリリング部材の前記先端部(9)が前記位置決め面(8)の平面から突出している第2の位置との間で、軸方向に移動可能である請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれかに記載の方法を実施する装置。 - 前記ドリリング部材(3)は、2方向に回転可能である請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記ドリリング部材(3)によって形成する前記穴において、ネジ山のような型出し部が形成されるように前記ドリリング部材(3)を設計する請求項17に記載の装置。
