Abstract
【解決手段】金属錫溶解槽1とメッキ液循環槽4との間のメッキ液循環ライン8で、吹込む酸素のうち錫の溶解に有効に作用する酸素の割合である溶解酸素効率に基づいて決定した量の酸素を吹込んで酸素を溶存させたメッキ液を循環させながら金属錫を溶解し、メッキ液循環槽4と電解メッキ槽5との間でメッキ液を循環させながら不溶性電極9を用いて錫メッキする電気錫メッキ方法において、メッキ液循環ライン8内における一定時間経過後の錫イオン濃度増減量に基づいて、溶解酸素効率を補正する。

[酸素吹込流量(Nm3/min)]=[錫溶解速度(kg/hr)]/635.9=0.0016×[Sn溶解速度(kg/hr)]
ここに、溶解酸素効率ηを加味すると、
[酸素吹込流量(Nm3/min)]=0.0016×[Sn溶解速度(kg/hr)]/η
[酸素吹込流量(Nm3/min)]=0.0016×163/0.85=0.3(Nm3/min)
にて酸素を吹込む。
178×0.0016/0.3=0.95
と補正する。

Claims (3)
- 金属錫溶解槽とメッキ液循環槽との間のメッキ液循環ラインで、吹込む酸素のうち錫の溶解に有効に作用する酸素の割合である溶解酸素効率に基づいて決定した量の酸素を吹込んで酸素を溶存させたメッキ液を循環させながら金属錫を溶解し、メッキ液循環槽と電解メッキ槽との間でメッキ液を循環させながら不溶性電極を用いて錫メッキする電気錫メッキ方法において、前記メッキ液循環ライン内における一定時間経過後の錫イオン濃度増減量に基づいて、前記溶解酸素効率を補正することを特徴とする電気錫メッキ方法。
- 前記溶解酸素効率と前記メッキ液循環ラインで吹込む酸素の吹込流量との関係を、前記酸素の吹込流量を演算する制卸装置内に、表形式あるいは近似線で持ち、前記溶解酸素効率の補正毎に前記表あるいは近似線を更新する請求項1に記載の電気錫メッキ方法。
- 前記溶解酸素効率の補正を、錫投入、メッキする鋼種の切替え、メッキ厚変更のない定常操業時に計測した前記錫イオン濃度増減量に基づいて行う請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気錫メッキ方法。
