Abstract
【解決手段】防音材11を、車両パネル12側に配置される第1吸音層13と、車室側に配置される第2吸音層14と、両吸音層13,14の間に設けられた中間層15とから構成する。中間層15を高密度層15a及び低密度層15bの2層構造にする。中間層15の通気度を第1吸音層13及び第2吸音層14の通気度よりも低くなるように設定する。中間層15を、高密度層15aが第2吸音層14側となるように配置する。

Description
すなわち、特許文献1に記載の防音材は、図10に示すように、車室床面としての車両パネル21側に配置される通気性を有した軟質層22と、その軟質層22上に重合配置された硬質層23とから構成されている。そして、硬質層23の目付が300〜2000g/m2の範囲内に設定されるとともに、同硬質層23が軟質層22よりも低い通気度となるように設定され、さらに、硬質層23は音響振動を減衰させるために、大きな重量を有している。
すなわち、特許文献1に記載の防音材では、硬質層23として通気性を確保しつつも、高密度化するとともに、大重量化する必要がある。このため、硬質層23としてバインダ繊維等の特定の材料を使用するとともに、加熱プレス加工等の特別の加工を施す必要があって、製造コストが高くなるという問題があるばかりでなく、防音材全体が大重量になって、車載用としては不向きである。さらに、軟質層22及び硬質層23がともに通気性を有するとともに、硬質層23が比較的大きな通気度(5cc/cm2/sec以上)を有するため、騒音がこの防音材を低い損失で透過することになり、従って、透過損失特性が低い。このため、騒音が損失をあまり生じることなく、防音材を通過することになり、遮音性の面でも好ましいものではない。これに対処するために、硬質層23として樹脂パネルのような通気性を全く有しないものを使用することも考えられる。このようにすれば、製造コストを低減できるとともに、透過損失特性を向上させることができるが、車室側からの騒音が硬質層23で車室内に向かって再び反射されるばかりでなく、車外からの騒音が硬質層23の透過共振を経て車内に伝達されるため、車室静粛性を却って悪化させるおそれがある。
図1に示すように、この実施形態の防音材11は、車両パネル12側に配置される第1吸音層13と、車室側に配置される第2吸音層14と、両吸音層13,14の間に介在された中間層15と、第2吸音層14の表面に重合配置された装飾層16とから構成されている。この装飾層16は、カーペットとしての装飾機能を有する。これらの各層13〜16は、散点状の接着剤を介して相互に接着されている。
以上のように、この実施形態の防音材11においては、第1吸音層13及び第2吸音層14の通気度を5cc/cm2/sec以上となるように高く設定した。このため、吸音機能を発揮して、自動車の内外からの騒音を吸収できる。
図1に示す実施形態の防音材11に係る実施例1として、第1吸音層13の目付が600g/m2、通気度が50cc/cm2/sec、厚さが15mm、第2吸音層14の目付が700g/m2、通気度が30cc/cm2/sec、厚さが6mm、中間層15の目付が250g/m2、通気度が4cc/cm2/sec、厚さが2mmの構成のものを用意した。
なお、この実施形態は、次のように変更して具体化することも可能である。
・ 図4に示すように、装飾層16を省略すること。このようにすれば、自動車以外の用途、例えば建築物用の防音材としての使用に適する。
・ 第2吸音層14がバネ、第1吸音層13がマスとなるように、防音材11を前記実施形態とは逆(表裏反転)にして用いること。
Claims (8)
- それぞれ通気性を有する第1吸音層と第2吸音層との間に中間層を設け、その中間層を高密度層及び低密度層の2層構造にするとともに、中間層の通気度を第1吸音層及び第2吸音層の通気度よりも低くしたことを特徴とする防音材。
- 前記第1吸音層及び第2吸音層を多孔質材により構成し、第1吸音層の目付を300〜1800g/m2とし、第2吸音層の目付を500〜1000g/m2にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防音材。
- 前記第1吸音層の厚さを10〜60mmとし、第2吸音層の厚さを4〜15mmにしたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の防音材。
- 前記中間層を、高密度層が第2吸音層側となるように配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の防音材。
- 前記中間層の通気度を2〜5cc/cm2/secにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の防音材。
- 前記中間層の目付を100〜500g/m2にしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の防音材。
- 前記中間層の厚さを0.1〜4mmにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の防音材。
- 中間層を合成樹脂により形成し、同中間層の一側面を加熱することにより、その一側面に前記高密度層を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の防音材。
