Abstract
【解決手段】無噴射減速時において、単発噴射を実施する(ステップS12)。そして、このときのクランク軸の回転上昇量を検出する(ステップS14)。続いて、単発噴射時のトルクコンバータによるクランク軸と従動軸との滑り率を算出する(ステップS16)。回転上昇量と滑り率とに基づき、単発噴射に際しての実際の噴射量を推定する(ステップS20)。そして、推定される噴射量と単発噴射において想定された噴射量とに基づき、燃料噴射弁の噴射特性のずれ量を学習する。

Description
以下、本発明にかかる燃料噴射制御装置をディーゼル機関の燃料噴射制御装置に適用した第1の実施の形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第3の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第4の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の出力軸に対して駆動輪に接続される従動軸を滑らせつつ前記出力軸の回転を前記従動軸へ伝達可能な接続装置を備えた車両に搭載される燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記出力軸と前記従動軸との間の回転のずれを示す滑り率を算出する算出手段と、
前記内燃機関の燃料噴射弁を操作して燃料噴射を行なう噴射手段と、
前記燃料噴射に伴い検出される前記出力軸の回転変化量に基づき、前記燃料噴射弁の噴射特性のずれ量を学習する学習手段とを備え、
前記学習手段は、所望する噴射量の指令値に応じて前記内燃機関の燃料噴射弁を操作して前記燃料噴射を行なう噴射手段と、前記燃料噴射に伴い検出される回転変化量及び滑り率に基づき、前記燃料噴射による実際の噴射量を推定する推定手段と、該推定される噴射量と前記指令値と差に基づき前記ずれ量を学習する手段とを備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記噴射手段は、前記出力軸と前記従動軸との間に滑りが許容されるときに前記燃料噴射を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記滑り率算出手段は、前記出力軸の回転速度と前記従動軸の回転速度との検出値に基づき、前記滑り率を算出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記接続装置は、粘性流体を介して前記出力軸の回転を前記従動軸に伝達させるものであり、
前記推定手段は、前記滑り率に加えて、前記粘性流体の温度及びその相当値のいずれかを用いて前記実際の噴射量を推定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記接続装置は、前記出力軸と前記従動軸とに対する機械式クラッチの押し付け力の制御により前記出力軸の回転を前記従動軸に伝達するものであり、
前記算出手段は、前記機械式クラッチの押し付け力を制御するための操作量に基づき、前記滑り率を算出することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記学習手段は、前記車両の無噴射減速時に前記学習を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記車両が自動変速機を搭載するものであり、
前記接続装置が、前記自動変速機と前記出力軸とを接続するトルクコンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関がディーゼル機関であり、
前記学習手段が、燃料噴射弁を用いて微小噴射がなされる際の噴射特性のずれ量を学習するものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
