Abstract
【解決手段】高アルミナ鉄鉱石を用いる高炉操業方法において、スラグの組成及び塩基度に基づいて、スラグの固相析出温度T(℃)、例えば、下記式で定めるT(℃)を調整し、スラグの流動性を制御する。

Claims (3)
- 高アルミナ鉄鉱石を用いる高炉操業方法において、スラグの組成及び塩基度に基づいて固相析出温度T(℃)を調整し、スラグの流動性を制御することを特徴とする高炉操業方法。
- 前記固相析出温度T(℃)が、下記(1)式で定義される温度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉操業方法。

ここで、B(塩基度)=CaO/SiO2

(MgO、Al2O3、CaO、SiO2)の質量% - 前記(Al2O3)が増加する時、B(塩基度)及び(MgO)を調整し、固相析出温度Tを1390℃以下の温度範囲に維持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高炉操業方法。
