Abstract
【解決手段】ダイオードブリッジDB2のプラス側の出力節点は、トランジスタQ1のドレインに接続され、トランジスタQ1のソースは、ダイオードブリッジDB2のマイナス側の出力節点に接続されている。抵抗R1の一端がトランジスタQ1のドレインに接続され、抵抗R1の他端がトランジスタQ1のゲートに接続されている。抵抗R2の一端がトランジスタQ1のゲートに接続され、抵抗R2の他端がトランジスタQ1のソースに接続されている。コンデンサC1が抵抗R2に並列に接続されている。

Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る突入電流低減回路を用いた電気機器の回路図である。
さて、交流電源1のスイッチSW1側の極の電圧の方が他方の極の電圧よりも高い場合に両切りスイッチがオフからオンになると、ノイズフィルタNFのコンデンサCへ高周波の突入電流が流れようとし、その後、インバータ2の電解コンデンサ2Aに低周波の突入電流が流れようとする。このとき、まず、交流電源1からダイオードブリッジDB2および抵抗R1を介してコンデンサC1の充電が始まる。
図4は、第2の実施の形態に係る突入電流低減回路を用いた電気機器の回路図である。

- 負荷回路が挿入された交流回路に挿入されたダイオードブリッジと、
このダイオードブリッジからの電流が流れる回路に挿入された直流突入電流低減回路と を備えたことを特徴とする突入電流低減回路。 - 交流回路に挿入されたダイオードブリッジの後段以降に負荷回路が接続されているときの当該交流回路に挿入されたダイオードブリッジと、
このダイオードブリッジからの電流が流れる回路に挿入された直流突入電流低減回路と を備えたことを特徴とする突入電流低減回路。 - 前記負荷回路が接続されたダイオードブリッジの後段以降に存在する第1の回路節点から前記直流突入電流低減回路に存在する第2の回路節点に至る制御回路
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の突入電流低減回路。 - 前記制御回路は、前記第1の回路節点への逆電流を阻止するダイオードを備えたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の突入電流低減回路。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の突入電流低減回路と、
前記負荷回路と
を備えたことを特徴とする電気機器。 - 前記負荷回路であるインバータから電力を供給される駆動部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気機器。
- 前記負荷回路であるインバータから電力を供給される光源を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気機器。
