Abstract
【解決課題】 高い製造効率をもって、十分な量の過酸化水素を安定的に製造することのできる方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】 本発明は、水素と酸素とを反応させる過酸化水素の直接合成法において、第1の貴金属のコロイド粒子が分散する溶媒に、第2の貴金属の塩を添加した後に還元処理して触媒溶液を製造し、前記触媒溶液に水素と酸素を通過させて反応させることを特徴とする過酸化水素の直接合成法である。ここで、第1の貴金属はパラジウムであり、第2の貴金属は白金であって、第2の貴金属の塩は塩化水素酸塩又は塩化物とすることが好ましい。そして、触媒溶液中の第1の貴金属と第2の貴金属の存在比率は、質量比で3:1〜9:1とするのが好ましい。

Description
Pd0.1g相当のジニトロジアンミンパラジウム溶液に、PVPを1.0g、水100mLを加え加熱還流し、これに還元剤としてエタノール50mLを滴下しパラジウムを還元した。そして、溶液を濃縮してパラジウム濃度4wt%Pd−PVPコロイドを得た。このパラジウムコロイド粒子径は2nmであり、溶液は黒色の粘重な液体であった。そして、このPd−PVPコロイドをイオン交換水で100倍希釈して0.04wt%に調製した。そして、同時に、塩化白金酸塩(ヘキサクロロ白金(IV)酸六水和物)1gを1Lの水に溶解した。また、3NのHBr溶液を調整した。
ここでは、実施例1で製造したPd−PVPコロイドに、各種の貴金属塩を添加した触媒溶液を製造し、過酸化水素の合成反応試験を行なった。ここで使用した貴金属塩は、塩化金(III)酸四水和物、塩化ロジウム(III)三水和物、塩化イリジウム(III)三水和物であり(各1g)、実施例1と同様の貴金属塩溶液を用いた。

Claims (8)
- 水素と酸素とを反応させる過酸化水素の直接合成法において、
第1の貴金属のコロイド粒子が分散する溶媒に、第2の貴金属の塩を添加した後に還元処理して触媒溶液を製造し、
前記触媒溶液に水素と酸素を通過させて反応させることを特徴とする過酸化水素の直接合成法。 - 第2の貴金属の塩は、塩化水素酸塩又は塩化物である請求項1記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 第1の貴金属はパラジウムであり、第2の貴金属は白金である請求項1又は請求項2記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 触媒溶液中の第1の貴金属と第2の貴金属の存在比率が、質量比で3:1〜9:1である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 貴金属コロイドの保護剤は、ポリビニルピロリドンである請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 反応系に無機酸を添加して反応させる請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 無機酸の添加量は、貴金属コロイド溶液に対して0.001〜1重量%である請求項6記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
- 無機酸として、臭化水素及び/又は硫酸を添加する請求項6又は請求項7記載の過酸化水素の直接合成法。
