Abstract

Claims (10)
- 複数のコンポーネントを製造する際に使用する固定具アセンブリ(106)であって、
製造される前記複数のコンポーネントを支えるように構成された少なくとも2つの固定具(110)と、
駆動アセンブリ(116)であって、前記少なくとも2つの固定具は前記駆動アセンブリに結合され、第1の回転軸にそって回転可能であり、前記駆動アセンブリは、そこから外へ延びる複数のスピンドル(120)および前記スピンドルに結合された複数のプラテン(114)を備え、前記複数のスピンドルおよび前記複数のプラテンは前記第1の回転軸に直交する第2の回転面内で振動するように構成されている、駆動アセンブリとを備える固定具アセンブリ(106)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定具(110)は、前記複数のコンポーネントのそれぞれを前記複数の固定具のそれぞれ1つに固定し、前記複数のコンポーネントが前記駆動アセンブリ(116)に関して適切な位置に固定されるように構成された締め付けメカニズムを備える請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(116)は、さらに、前記少なくとも2つの固定具(110)のそれぞれを同時に配置するように構成された複数の駆動歯車を備える請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- 前記複数のプラテン(114)は、複数のバイアスカップリング(210)を介して前記複数のスピンドル(120)にそれぞれしっかり結合され、前記複数のプラテンはその上の前記複数のコンポーネントを支えるように構成されている請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- 前記複数のプラテン(114)は、前記複数のプラテンのうちの第1のプラテンに結合されているコンポーネントが前記複数のプラテンのうちの直接隣接しているプラテンに結合された固定具(110)に接触せずに前記駆動アセンブリ(116)に関して回転可能であるように所定の距離だけ間をあけて並べられる請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(116)は、中心線対称軸を持ち、前記複数のスピンドル(120)は、前記駆動アセンブリの対称軸に関して実質的に同心円状に位置合わせされる請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(116)は、さらに、エンクロージャハウジング(117)、複数のベアリング(150、162)、および複数の駆動歯車(154、156、158)を含む取付フレーム(119)を備え、前記複数のベアリングおよび前記複数の駆動歯車はそれぞれ、前記複数の固定具に結合される請求項1記載の固定具アセンブリ(106)。
- コンポーネント製造システムであって、
駆動アセンブリ(116)と、
前記駆動アセンブリに結合された少なくとも2つの固定具(110)を備える固定具アセンブリ(106)と、
前記固定具アセンブリに結合された位置決めアセンブリ(108)であって、前記駆動アセンブリはそこから外へ延びる複数のスピンドル(120)と前記スピンドルに結合された複数のプラテン(114)を備え、前記複数のスピンドルおよび前記複数のプラテンは前記第1の回転軸に直交する第2の回転面内で振動するように構成されている、位置決めアセンブリ(108)とを備えるコンポーネント製造システム。 - 前記位置決めアセンブリ(108)は、スプレーノズルに関して前記固定具アセンブリ(106)の位置を合わせるように構成される請求項8記載のコンポーネント製造システム。
- 前記位置決めアセンブリ(108)は、前記固定具アセンブリを配置するため前記固定具アセンブリ(106)に結合された少なくとも1つの傾斜駆動メカニズムを備え、前記位置決めアセンブリは制御メカニズムに結合される請求項8記載のコンポーネント製造システム。
