【解決手段】 円錐ころ35を、保持器35の大径側を先頭にして保持器30の内側かつ保持器30の小径環状部側からポケット33に挿入して、円錐ころ35を保持器30に組み付ける。

保持器のポケットにその保持器の内側から円錐ころをその円錐ころの大径側から挿入して上記円錐ころを上記ポケットに組み込む円錐ころ組込工程と、
上記円錐ころ組込工程の後、上記ポケットに上記円錐ころを収容している上記保持器を内輪に組み付ける保持器組み付け工程と、
上記保持器組み付け工程の後、上記内輪に組み付けられた上記保持器をかしめる保持器かしめ工程と
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 保持器のポケットにその保持器の内側から円錐ころをその円錐ころの大径側から挿入することを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受組立装置。
- 請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受組立装置において、
上記保持器の内側に開口すると共に、上記保持器の内側から上記ポケットに向けて上記円錐ころを上記大径側を先頭にしてガイドするガイド通路と、
上記円錐ころを上記ポケット内に向けて押圧する押圧装置と
を備えることを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受組立装置。 - 請求項2に記載の円錐ころ軸受組立装置において、
上記保持器が外嵌されると共に、上記ガイド通路を含む内側治具と、
上記保持器を載置する載置部と上記保持器を上記載置部に固定するクランプ部とを有すると共に、上記内側治具に回転可能に外嵌する保持器台と、
上記保持器台を上記内側治具に対して回転させる回転装置と
を備えることを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受組立装置。 - 請求項3に記載の円錐ころ軸受組立装置において、
上記内側治具は、内輪を位置決めして保持する内輪保持部を備え、
また、上記保持器台を上記内輪側に向けて移動させて上記円錐ころの組み込まれた保持器を内輪に組み付ける保持器台移動装置と、
上記保持器台移動装置によって上記内輪に組み付けられた上記保持器をかしめる保持器かしめ装置と
を備えることを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受組立装置。 - 保持器のポケットにその保持器の内側から円錐ころをその円錐ころの大径側から挿入することを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受の組立方法。
- 保持器のポケットにその保持器の内側から円錐ころをその円錐ころの大径側から挿入して上記円錐ころを上記ポケットに組み込む円錐ころ組込工程と、
上記円錐ころ組込工程の後、上記ポケットに上記円錐ころを収容している上記保持器を内輪に組み付ける保持器組み付け工程と、
上記保持器組み付け工程の後、上記内輪に組み付けられた上記保持器をかしめる保持器かしめ工程と
を備えることを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受の組立方法。
