Abstract
【解決手段】紫外線硬化樹脂を吐出して硬化させることより形状的な誤接続防止機能をなす絶縁突起部31が形成された電池端子21,51において、上記紫外線硬化樹脂には、アクリレートオリゴマー、アクリレートモノマー、および光重合開始剤を含むとともに、メタクリル酸を添加したものを使用する。

Description
(1)紫外線硬化樹脂をスポット状に吐出して硬化させることより形状的な誤接続防止機能をなす絶縁突起部が形成された電池端子において、上記紫外線硬化樹脂は、アクリレートオリゴマー、アクリレートモノマー、および光重合開始剤を含むとともに、メタクリル酸を添加されていることを特徴とする電池端子。
(2)上記手段(1)の電池端子が金属端子であることを特徴とする電池端子。
(3)凸状正極端子部と扁平状負極端子部とを有する筒形電池の負極端子部が上記手段(1)の電池端子であることを特徴とする電池。
(4)上記手段(1)または(2)の電池端子を備えたことを特徴とする電池ホルダ。

Claims (4)
- 紫外線硬化樹脂をスポット状に吐出して硬化させることより形状的な誤接続防止機能をなす絶縁突起部が形成された電池端子において、上記紫外線硬化樹脂は、アクリレートオリゴマー、アクリレートモノマー、および光重合開始剤を含むとともに、メタクリル酸を添加されていることを特徴とする電池端子。
- 請求項1に記載の電池端子が金属端子であることを特徴とする電池端子。
- 凸状正極端子部と扁平状負極端子部とを有する筒形電池の負極端子部が請求項1に記載の電池端子であることを特徴とする電池。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電池端子を備えたことを特徴とする電池ホルダ。
