Abstract
【解決手段】本管2と本管2から分岐した複数の分岐管3,3,…とを一体化するとともに、複数の分岐管3,3,…の各々に、各分岐管3の管路31を流れる流体の流量を検出する流量センサ4を内蔵して流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット1を構成し、本管2と分岐管3との結合部分について従来のようなニップルを用いたシール構造を廃止する。また、本管2の開口端に脚部734を有する配管アダプタ73を着脱自在に取り付けられるようにし、配管アダプタ73の向きを変えて脚部734を設置面Aに固定することによって、集合配管ユニット1の取付姿勢を可変できるようにする。

Claims (7)
- 流体が管内を流れる本管とその本管から分岐した複数の分岐管とが一体化された集合配管において、複数の分岐管の各々に、各分岐管の管内を流れる流体の流量を検出する流量センサが内蔵されていることを特徴とする流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記流量センサは羽根車式センサであり、流体の通過によって回転する羽根車の任意のフィンにマグネットが埋設され、そのマグネットの磁気を磁気センサで検出して得られた周波数に基づいて流量値に換算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記複数の分岐管の各々に、各流量センサから出力された流量信号に基づいて、少なくとも流量表示、警報出力、アナログ出力のうちのいずれか一つを取り出せる流量表示器が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記分岐管の本数が2又は3本からなる流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニットを任意に組み合わせ、その本管どうしを接続することによって2以上のあらゆる系統数の配管ラインに対応できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記本管の開口端に脚部を有する配管アダプタが着脱自在に取り付けられ、その配管アダプタの向きを変えて脚部を設置面に固定することによって、流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニットの取付姿勢を可変できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記本管どうしの向きを変えて接続することによって、各々の本管に一体化された分岐管どうしを互いに異なる方向に向けて設置できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
- 前記本管と前記分岐管とがステンレス製の一体構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載された流量センサ内蔵型集合配管ユニット。
