Abstract
【解決手段】アクチュエータ34は、圧電素子42と、圧電素子42に取り付けられた駆動軸44と、駆動軸44に係合された連結駒46と、連結駒46を付勢して駆動軸44に摩擦係合させる押えばね56とを備える。押えばね56は、形状記憶合金によって構成され、加熱装置66で通電加熱することによって変形し、付勢力が調整される。

Claims (5)
- 電気機械変換素子と、該電気機械変換素子の伸縮方向の一方側に取り付けられた駆動摩擦部材と、該駆動摩擦部材に摩擦係合された被駆動部材と、該被駆動部材を付勢して前記駆動摩擦部材に摩擦係合させる付勢手段と、を備えたアクチュエータにおいて、
前記付勢手段の付勢力を調整する付勢力調整手段を備えたことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記被駆動部材の位置を検出する位置検出手段と、
該位置検出手段の検出値に基づいて、前記付勢力調整手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 作動環境を測定する作動環境測定手段と、
該作動環境測定手段の測定値に基づいて前記付勢力調整手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記付勢手段は、形状記憶合金から成る板ばねであり、
前記付勢力調整手段は、前記板ばねに通電して加熱する加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記被駆動部材には、ズームレンズの保持枠が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載のアクチュエータ。
