Abstract
【解決手段】EGR冷却器42と、冷却用吸気をEGR冷却器42まで送る空気入口管路34と、排気を排気回路24からEGR冷却器42まで送るEGR管路24と、排気回路内にある排気ベンチュリ28と、加熱された空気をEGR冷却器42から排気ベンチュリ28まで送る管路44とを備える。排気ベンチュリ28を通る排気が、冷却用空気をEGR冷却器42に引き込む圧力を生み出す。ターボ過給機ユニットを備え、EGRベンチュリ58が圧縮機出口回路内にあり、冷却された排気ガスをEGR冷却器42からEGRベンチュリ58の吸気口まで送る。

Claims (8)
- 燃焼用空気吸入回路およびエンジンの排気を外部環境まで送るための排気回路を有する内燃機関用の、排気ガス再循環(EGR)システムであって、
EGR空冷式ガス冷却器と、
冷却用吸気を前記EGR冷却器まで送る空気入口管路と、
排気を前記排気回路から前記EGR冷却器まで送るEGR供給管路と、
前記排気回路内にあるベンチュリユニットと、
加熱された空気を前記EGR冷却器から前記ベンチュリユニットまで送る空気出口管路とを備え、
前記ベンチュリユニットを通る排気の流れが、冷却用空気を前記EGR冷却器に引き込む圧力を生み出す、システム。 - 排気タービンおよび吸気圧縮機を有するターボ過給機ユニットと、
空気を前記圧縮機から前記エンジンの空気取入れ口まで送る圧縮機出口回路と、
前記圧縮機出口回路内にある弁と、
前記圧縮機出口回路内にあり、前記弁と並列に接続されるEGRベンチュリと、
冷却された排気ガスを前記EGR冷却器から前記EGRベンチュリの吸気口まで送る冷却EGR管路とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。 - 前記圧縮機から圧縮空気を受け取る入口を有し、冷却された給気を前記EGRベンチュリおよび前記弁まで送る出口を有する、給気冷却器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
- 前記EGR供給管路が、前記ベンチュリユニットの上流側で排気回路と連通される、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
- 前記EGR供給管路が、前記ターボ圧縮機の上流側で排気回路と連通される、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
- 吸気濾過器をさらに備え、前記空気入口管路が、冷却用吸気を前記吸気濾過器から前記EGR冷却器まで送る、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
- 前記EGR冷却器を通るEGRの流れを制御する弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
- 排気タービンおよび吸気圧縮機を有するターボ過給機ユニットと、
前記圧縮機とエンジンの空気取入れ口の間にある給気冷却器とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。
