Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brennkraftmaschine (1) mit einem zwischen einem Ein- und einem Auslasssystem (2, 4) angeordneten Abgasrückführsystem (5) mit einer stromaufwärts einer Abgasturbine (7, 8) zumindest eines Abgasturboladers (9, 10) vom Auslasssystem (4) abzweigenden EGR-Leitung (11), wobei in der EGR-Leitung (11) zumindest ein EGR-Kühler (16) angeordnet ist, wobei zumindest ein erster EGR-Kühler (16) als Abgas/Abgas-Wärmetauscher mit einem EGR-Strömungsweg (26) und einem ersten Kühlmittelströmungsweg (25) ausgebildet ist, welcher erste Kühlmittelströmungsweg (25) stromabwärts der Abgasturbine (7, 8) an das Auslasssystem (4) angeschlossen ist. Um die Kühlung des rückgeführten Abgases zu verbessern, ohne zusätzliche Wärme in das Kühlmittelsystem des Fahrzeuges einzutragen, ist ein an eine Kühlluftleitung (41) angeschlossener zweiter Kühlmittelströmungsweg (28) vorgesehen.
