Abstract
【解決手段】 ブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ7において、該サーボモータの前側に該サーボモータを前記プレスに取り付けるモータ取付部を設け、該サーボモータの後側に空圧作動のディスクブレーキ43を設け、該ディスクブレーキを介して前記サーボモータの回転を検出するエンコーダ79を設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。

Claims (5)
- ブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータにおいて、該サーボモータの前側に該サーボモータを前記プレスに取り付けるモータ取付部を設け、該サーボモータの後側に空圧作動のディスクブレーキを設け、該ディスクブレーキを介して前記サーボモータの回転を検出するエンコーダを設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。
- ブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータにおいて、該サーボモータの前側に空圧作動のディスクブレーキを設けると共に、該空圧作動のディスクブレーキ部に該サーボモータを前記プレスに取り付けるモータ取付部を設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータにおいて、前記空圧作動のディスクブレーキは、前記サーボモータの後方へ突出した前記サーボモータの出力軸の後端部に一体的に固定したブレーキディスクと、該ブレーキディスクの後方に回転不能にかつ前記出力軸方向にのみ移動可能に設けた環状の押圧ディスクと、該押圧ディスクに対向して設けた環状の固定ディスクと、前記押圧ディスクの外周部を前記ブレーキディスクに対して常時押圧付勢する押圧付勢部材と、前記環状の押圧ディスクを前記ブレーキディスクから離反するように動かすブレーキ解除手段とからなることを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。
- 請求項3に記載のブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータにおいて、前記ブレーキ解除手段は、前記固定ディスクに設けた複数のガイド部材を介してシリンダ本体を設け、該シリンダ本体に後方に開口した環状シリンダを設け、該環状シリンダに空圧で作動する環状ピストンを摺動可能に嵌合すると共に、該環状ピストンと前記環状の押圧ディスクとを複数のガイド部材を介して連結し、前記環状シリンダと環状の押圧ディスクとが一体的に移動可能に設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。
- 請求項3に記載のブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータにおいて、前記押圧付勢部材が圧縮スプリングからなり、前記ブレーキディスクが弾性的に屈撓可能な材料からなると共に、該ブレーキディスクの中心部は前記出力軸に固定されて軸方向移動しないことを特徴とするブレーキ機構付きプレス駆動用サーボモータ。
