Abstract
【課題】 斜板支持台のがたつきを抑制し、斜板支持台をケーシングに着脱することが容易な斜板支持台の装着構造を提供する。
【解決手段】 ピストンポンプ20のケーシング26およびケーシング26に装着可能な斜板支持台60は、変位阻止手段77および回動阻止手段78を備える。斜板支持台60およびケーシング26は、変位阻止手段77の係合爪部72と係合片63とが相互に係合することによって、回転軸線L20方向一方X1および他方X2の相対変位が阻止され、回動阻止手段78のピン部材67およびピン嵌合孔部73が相互に嵌合することによって、回転軸線L20まわりの相対的な回動が阻止される。

Description
(b)ケーシングに、装着準備位置と装着完了位置との間で、回転軸線まわりに回動可能に設けられ、装着完了位置で斜板を支持する斜板支持台と、
(c)斜板支持台が装着準備位置にある状態では、ケーシングに対する回転軸線に沿う軸線方向の変位を許容し、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある状態では、ケーシングに対する回転軸線に沿う軸線方向の変位を阻止する軸変位阻止手段とを備えることを特徴とする斜板支持台の装着構造である。
ケーシングに設けられる第1軸係合片と、
斜板支持台に設けられ、斜板支持台が装着準備位置にある場合第1軸係合片に対して非係合状態にあり、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある場合第1軸係合片と係合される係合状態にある第2軸係合片とを有することを特徴とする。
ケーシングおよび斜板支持台のいずれか一方に設けられる係合孔部と、
ケーシングおよび斜板支持台のいずれか他方に設けられ、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある状態で、係合孔部に対して非係合状態にある非係合位置と、係合孔部に対して係合状態にある係合位置とにわたって、変位可能なピン部材と、
ピン部材を、非係合位置から係合位置に向かう係合方向へ弾発的に押圧するばね力発生手段とを有することを特徴とする。
また本発明は、前記斜板支持台の装着構造が用いられる液圧装置である。

Claims (5)
- (a)回転軸線まわりに回転可能に設けられ、複数のピストン室に回転に伴って伸縮する複数のピストンが嵌まり込むシリンダブロックと、各ピストンを支持する斜板とが収容されるケーシングと、
(b)ケーシングに、装着準備位置と装着完了位置との間で、回転軸線まわりに回動可能に設けられ、装着完了位置で斜板を支持する斜板支持台と、
(c)斜板支持台が装着準備位置にある状態では、ケーシングに対する回転軸線に沿う軸線方向の変位を許容し、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある状態では、ケーシングに対する回転軸線に沿う軸線方向の変位を阻止する軸変位阻止手段とを備えることを特徴とする斜板支持台の装着構造。 - 軸変位阻止手段は、
ケーシングに設けられる第1軸係合片と、
斜板支持台に設けられ、斜板支持台が装着準備位置にある場合第1軸係合片に対して非係合状態にあり、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある場合第1軸係合片と係合される係合状態にある第2軸係合片とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板支持台の装着構造。 - 斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある状態で、斜板支持台がケーシングに対して回転軸線まわりに回動することを阻止する回動阻止手段を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の斜板支持台の装着構造。
- 回動阻止手段は、
ケーシングおよび斜板支持台のいずれか一方に設けられる係合孔部と、
ケーシングおよび斜板支持台のいずれか他方に設けられ、斜板支持台が装着完了位置にある状態で、係合孔部に対して非係合状態にある非係合位置と、係合孔部に対して係合状態にある係合位置とにわたって、変位可能なピン部材と、
ピン部材を、非係合位置から係合位置に向かう係合方向へ弾発的に押圧するばね力発生手段とを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の斜板支持台の装着構造。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1つに記載の斜板支持台の装着構造が用いられる液圧装置。
