Claims (22)
- RF識別用セキュリティ素子(1,2,7,8)であって、可撓性で非導電性の基板層(11,24,74)及び、前記基板層に与えられ、第1の表面領域(4,51,53,63,64,65)においてRF部品(12,13,72,70,81)を形成するためのパターン形状につくられた、導電性材料の第1の導電層(29,73)を有するセキュリティ素子において、
前記RF部品が設けられている、前記表面領域において、第1のレリーフ構造(27,28,60,78)が少なくとも局所態様で前記第1の導電層(29,73)に成形されることを特徴とするセキュリティ素子。 - 前記RF部品が設けられている、前記表面領域において、前記RF部品の電気特性を変えるための第1のレリーフ構造(27,28,60,78)が少なくとも局所態様で前記第1の導電層(29,73)に成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記基板層(24)が複製層であり、前記第1のレリーフ構造(27)が前記第1の導電層の側の前記複製層(27)の表面に成形されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1の導電層(29)が前記基板層(24)に与えられた金属層であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1の導電層(29,73)の厚さが50nmから50μm、好ましくは1〜10μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1の導電層(29)が前記第1の表面領域(4,51,53,63〜65)においてRFアンテナ(12)またはコイルの形状につくられ、前記RFアンテナまたは前記コイルが設けられた前記導電層(29)の前記領域において、前記レリーフ構造(27,60)の溝が平均して電流方向に交差する方向よりも前記電流方向に沿う方向に配向されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記RFアンテナまたはコイルが設けられた前記導電層の前記領域における前記レリーフ構造(27)の前記溝が前記電流方向に沿う方向に配向されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1の表面領域(4)における前記第1の導電層(29)が、幅が50μmから10mm,好ましくは100μmの、1つまたはそれより多くの導電体路の形状につくられることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子が第2の導電層(76)を有し、前記第1の表面領域において前記第1及び前記第2の導電層(73,76)が容量素子(70)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記容量素子(70)が設けられた前記表面領域において少なくとも局所態様で第2のレリーフ構造(79)が前記第2の導電層(76)に成形されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1のレリーフ構造(78)が複数の相互に交差する溝を有することを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1のレリーフ構造が50nmから10μmの範囲にあるプロファイル深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記レリーフ構造が100〜2000本/mmの範囲にある空間周波数を有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記レリーフ構造(27)のプロファイルが、鋸歯形、三角形、矩形または正弦波形であることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1のレリーフ構造(60)が粗構造及び微細構造の重畳で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記第1のレリーフ構造がさらに光学セキュリティ特徴を生じることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子がRF識別用の共振回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子がICを有することを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- 前記セキュリティ素子がフィルム素子、特に、スタンプフィルム、ラミネートフィルム、ステッカーフィルムまたはそのようなフィルムの転写層部分の部分素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ素子。
- RF部品(12)を形成するためのパターン形状につくられた導電材料の第1の導電層(29)が可撓性で非導電性の基板層(24)の第1の表面領域において前記基板層に与えられているRF識別用セキュリティ素子の作成のためのプロセスにおいて、
前記RF部品の電気的特性を変えるための第1のレリーフ構造(27)が前記第1の導電層(29)において前記RF部品が設けられている前記表面領域(4)に少なくとも局所態様で成形されていることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記第1の導電層(29)が、例えば蒸着によって、全表面積を覆って前記基板層に与えられ、次いで前記導電層が部分的に除去されて、前記RF部品(12)を形成するためのパターン形状にされることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のプロセス。
- 接続路で接続された2つまたはそれより多くの部分容量素子が前記第1の導電層につくられ、後に、共振周波数の微調のために前記部分容量素子への前記接続路が切断されることを特徴とする請求項20または21に記載のプロセス。
