Abstract
Description
・螺条付きシャフトにより延長されたヘッドを含む繋止ネジと、
・上記繋止ネジに対するネジ孔を呈する骨接合要素と、を含む。
・上記繋止ネジはそのヘッドにおいて、径方向力の作用下では後退位置を且つ更に小さい径方向力の作用下では固定位置を占めるべく該ネジ上に弾性的に取付けられた少なくとも2本の固着アームを含み、且つ、
・上記骨接合要素はそのネジ孔上に、上記各固着アームに対して径方向拘束を与える区画であって上記ネジの係合の方向において下流に拡開して固定用チャネルとなる区画を含むことから、該拘束区画により及ぼされる作用により上記各固着アームは最初はそれらの後退位置を占め、次に、上記固定用チャネルを占めることで該固着アームの固定位置を占める。
・上記繋止ネジを回転させるために使用される上記手段に対して嵌合される手段と、
・各固着アームをそれらの後退位置にもたらすべく該固着アームに対して径方向力を及ぼし得る固定解除デバイスと、
を備える取手を含む。
各図に示された如く本発明は、概略的な意味において図示例におけるプレートの如き骨接合要素3を固着するために使用される骨組織用繋止ネジ2の脱落を防止するために採用されるデバイス1に関する。繋止ネジ2は、螺条付きシャフト5により延長されたヘッド4を含む。従来、ヘッド4は自身を回転するために使用される手段7を備える。たとえば、上記ネジを回転させるために使用される該手段7は、上記ネジ・ヘッドの頂面8上に開口する角柱状のスロット開口から成り得る。
Claims (8)
- 骨接合要素(3)からの繋止ネジの脱落を防止するデバイスであって、
・螺条付きシャフト(5)により延長されたヘッド(4)を含む繋止ネジ(2)と、
・上記繋止ネジに対するネジ孔(21)を備えた骨接合要素(3)と、を含むデバイスにおいて、
・上記繋止ネジ(2)はそのヘッドにおいて、径方向力の作用下では後退位置を占めると共に更に小さい値の径方向力の作用下では固定位置を占めるべく該ネジ上に弾性的に取付けられた少なくとも2本の固着アーム(11)を含み、且つ、
・上記骨接合要素(3)はそのネジ孔上に、上記各固着アームに対して径方向拘束を与える区画(23)であって上記ネジの係合の方向において下流に拡開して固定用チャネル(28)となる区画(23)を含むことから、上記繋止ネジのネジ締め作用時に該拘束区画(23)により及ぼされる作用により上記各固着アーム(11)は最初はそれらの後退位置を占め、次に、上記固定用チャネル(28)を占めることで該固着アームの固定位置を占める、
ことを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 各固着アーム(11)は、前記ネジ(2)に固着された可動ロッド(13)であって静止時には上記繋止ネジの軸心に対して概ね平行に延在すると共に該固着アームの定着点の反対側に配置された固定用突起部(15)を備える可動ロッド(13)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の脱落防止デバイス。
- 各固着アーム(11)は、前記繋止ネジ上で軸心方向に形成されたノッチ(18)に関して延在すべく取付けられることで、該固着アームが夫々の後退位置を占めることが許容されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の脱落防止デバイス。
- 前記繋止ネジ(2)上における前記固着アーム(11)の取付け位置および前記骨接合要素(3)上における前記固定用チャネル(28)の位置は、各固着アームがそれらの固定位置にあるときに上記繋止ネジは概ねその最終装着位置を占める如きであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の脱落防止デバイス。
- 各固着アーム(11)は、前記繋止ネジのヘッド(4)に関して突出する軸心方向把持用延長部(31)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の脱落防止デバイス。
- 前記繋止ネジ(2)の前記ヘッド(4)は該繋止ネジを回転させるために使用される手段(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の脱落防止デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の脱落防止デバイス(1)の一部を形成する繋止ネジ(2)を取り外すための器具であって、
該器具は、
・上記繋止ネジを回転させるために使用される前記手段(7)に対して嵌合される手段(42)と、
・各固着アーム(11)をそれらの後退位置にもたらすべく該固着アーム(11)に対して径方向力を及ぼし得る固定解除デバイス(43)と、
を備える取手を含むことを特徴とする器具。 - 前記固定解除デバイス(43)は前記各固着アームの前記把持用延長部(31)に対して径方向力を及ぼすことを特徴とする、請求項7記載の器具。
