Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ANTI-EXTRAçãO DE UM PARAFUSO DE ANCORAGEM PARA UM ELEMENTO DE OSTEOSSìNTESE E INSTRUMENTO PARA A DESMONTAGEM DE UM PARAFUSO DE ANCORAGEM". O objeto da invenção trata de um dispositivo de anti-extração de um parafuso de ancoragem, que comporta um parafuso de ancoragem (2) e um elemento de osteossíntese (3) apresentando uma perfuração de passagem (21) para o parafuso de ancoragem. De acordo com a invenção, o parafuso de ancoragem (2) comporta pelo menos dois braços de bloqueio (11) montados de maneira elástica para ocupar uma posição de retração e uma posição de bloqueio e o elemento de osteossíntese (3) comporta uma seção (23) de solicitação radial para os braços de bloqueio que desembocam em um canal de travamento (28) de maneira que, durante a operação de atarraxamento do parafuso de ancoragem (2), os braços de bloqueio (11) vêm ocupar inicialmente sua posição de retração em razão da ação exercida pela seção de solicitação (23) e depois sua posição de bloqueio sendo assentados no canal de travamento (28).
