Abstract

1.- Clavo intramedular para osteosíntesis de fracturas del fémur proximal, que comprende un clavo de fémur que se puede insertar próximamente en el canal medular del fémur, un tornillo de cuello que se puede insertar lateralmente en el clavo de fémur a través de un agujero pasante, que se extiende oblicuamente al eje longitudinal del clavo de fémur, disponiéndose un seguro de giro que posibilita el movimiento axial del tornillo de cuello en el agujero pasante del clavo de fémur, presentando el tornillo de cuello por lo menos una ranura longitudinal, que se extiende en dirección axial, y previéndose un elemento de bloqueo con por lo menos un brazo dirigido aproximadamente paralelo al eje del tornillo de cuello, que se inserta lateralmente en las ranuras longitudinales del tornillo de, caracterizado por que el seguro de giro se forma por una interconexión entre el elemento de bloqueo (16a, 16b) y el clavo de fémur (1a, 1b, 1c) y entre el elemento de bloqueo (16a, 16b) y el tornillo de cuello (10a, 10b).
