Claims (7)
- コンシューマ(6、8)の制御のための流体圧制御装置であって、
圧力補償弁(24)を下流に有する少なくとも1つの機械的に作動される連続可変分配弁(16)と、
その作動によって前記圧力補償弁を前記コンシューマ(6)への接続を閉じるための閉位置に切り替えることができる安全弁(34)と、
を含み、
前記圧力補償弁(24)は、対応する前記コンシューマ(6)の負荷圧力を開方向に印加することができるとともに、後部制御室(88)における全ての制御されるコンシューマの最高負荷圧力を閉方向に印加することができ、
前記負荷圧力が、LSライン(14)を介してポンプ(10)のポンプ調整弁(12)に伝達することが可能な流体圧制御装置であって、
圧力補償弁ピストン(84)をばね(100)によって閉位置に保持することができ、
前記LSライン(14)が、流量制御弁(36)によってタンクに接続され、
前記安全弁(34)が、前記流量調整弁(12)と前記圧力補償弁(24)との間で前記LSライン(14)に配置され、
スイッチ弁の切替によって制御室(88)に作用する圧力が、前記ポンプ(10)の下流であって前記圧力補償弁(24)の出口(74、76)の上流の圧力媒体流路部分によってノズル(98)を介して取り出されることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記ノズル(98)が前記圧力補償弁ピストン(84)に統合され、前記後部制御室(88)を前記圧力補償弁の入口に接続していることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
ノズル(98’)が、前記ポンプ(10)の出口と前記LSライン(14)の前記安全弁(34)の上流の部分との間にある分岐ライン(112)に配置されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
前記ポンプ調整弁(12)が差圧調整弁であり、前記ポンプが定容量形ポンプであることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
他のコンシューマ(8)の機能が、制御油供給源(28)に接続されたパイロット装置(26)によって流体圧制御され、前記制御油供給源(28)は遮断弁(30)によって前記パイロット装置(26)から遮断することができ、前記安全弁(34)が前記遮断弁(30)によってロック位置に切り替えることができることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記圧力補償弁ピストン(84)は、前記圧力補償弁(24)が完全に開かれた場合に開制御される横穴(96)に負荷検出ノズル(94)を介して開口する軸方向穴(92)を有し、
前記ノズル(98)が前記横穴(96)を前記後部制御室(88)に接続していることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
前記ノズル(98、98’)が前記圧力補償弁ピストン(84)の負荷検出ノズル(96)よりも小さな断面を有することを特徴とする制御装置。
