Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの流体圧コンシューマ(2、4、6、8)に圧力媒体を供給するための流体圧制御装置であって、
LSライン(38、40)を介して取り出されるコンシューマ負荷圧力に応じて制御されるポンプ装置(12、30)と、
前記コンシューマ(2、4、6、8)への前記圧力媒体の体積流量を調整するためのメータリングポート(60)と、
を含み、
前記LSライン(38、40)が流量制御弁(42)を介して圧力媒体シンクに接続され、前記流量制御弁(42)を前記ポンプ装置(12、30)の流速、好ましくはポンプ速度に応じて調整することができることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記ポンプ(12)は、エンジン(14)によって駆動され、
前記流量制御弁(42)は、エンジン回転数に応じて調整可能である制御装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記エンジン(14)は、内燃機関である制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
前記流量制御弁(42)の上流においてノズル(84、118)が前記LSライン(38、40)に配置されている制御装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記流量制御弁(42)と前記ノズル(118)との間または前記ノズル(118)の上流に設けられたLS圧力を制限するためのLS圧力制限弁(32)を含む制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
LUDVまたはLS圧力調整弁(56)は、前記メータリングポート(60)に割り当てられている制御装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記LUDV圧力調整弁(56)にはオリフィス(84)が設けられ、
圧力調整弁ピストン制御面によって境界が定められた2つの圧力調整弁室が前記オリフィス(84)によって接続されている制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
前記ポンプは、可変容量形ポンプまたはバイパス圧力調整弁(30)を含む速度可変定容量形ポンプ(12)である制御装置。 - 前記請求項のいずれか1項において、
前記コンシューマは、移動工作機械の旋回機構(2)である制御装置。
