Abstract
Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射弁には、公知のものに比べて次のような利点がある。すなわち本発明による燃料噴射弁では、戻しばねのばね弾性的な巻条に接続して複数の巻条が形成されていて、これらの巻条の横断面がばね弾性的な巻条の横断面に対して垂直に位置している。
図1は、本発明による燃料噴射弁を部分的に断面して示す図であり、
図2A〜Cは、図1に示された燃料噴射弁において使用される戻しばねを異なった方向から見た図である。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の1実施例を説明する。同一部材に対しては、すべての図面において同一符号を使用する。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の燃料噴射弁(2)であって、弁座(27)と共働する弁閉鎖部分(33)と、ばね室開口(41)内に配置された戻しばね(43)とが設けられていて、該戻しばね(43)が弁閉鎖部分(33)に弁座(27)に向かって戻し力を負荷する形式のものにおいて、戻しばね(43)が流入側の領域に少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)を有していて、該保持巻条(45)の横断面(60)が、戻しばね(43)の横断面(61)に対して垂直に位置していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 保持巻条(45)の数が少なくとも3つである、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)の横断面(60)が卵形又は楕円形である、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)の幅(b)が、戻しばね(43)の取り付けられていない状態において、ばね室開口(41)の内径よりも大きい、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)が、ばね室開口(41)内に取り付けられた状態において、塑性・弾性的に変形させられる、請求項4記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 戻しばね(43)のばね弾性的な巻条(62)が、両側に、互いに接触している少なくとも2つの最終巻条(63)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)が、ばね弾性的な巻条(62)の最終巻条(63)に支持されている、請求項6記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ばね弾性的な巻条(62)と少なくとも1つの保持巻条(45)との間に導入傾斜部(64)が形成されている、請求項6又は7記載の燃料噴射弁。
