0.2%<SiO2<2.0%、
CaO<0.4%、
不純物:<0.5%、
Al2O3:残部(balance)
を有し、重量百分率は酸化物を基準としている、溶融鋳込み耐火製品に関する。
MgO含有量は、0.7%<MgOおよび/またはMgO<2.0%、
SiO2含有量は、0.5%<SiO2および/またはSiO2<1%、
CaO含有量は、CaO<0.1%であり、
本発明による耐火製品は、さらに、酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
0.1%<Na2Oおよび/またはNa2O<0.6%であるNa2O含有量、および/または
ZrO2<4.0%、好ましくはZrO2<0.1%であるZrO2含有量を含む。
平均で99.5%のAl2O3(Na2O:3700ppm、SiO2:100ppm、CaO:160ppm、Fe2O3:120ppm)を含有する、Pechineyにより販売されている、AC44型のアルミナ;
平均で99.4%のAl2O3(Na2O:2700ppm、SiO2:100ppm、CaO:160ppm、Fe2O3:110ppm)を含有する、Pechineyにより販売されている、AR75型のアルミナ;
99%を超えるMgOおよび99.5%を超えるMgOをそれぞれ含有する、Nedmag Industriesから発売されている、NEDMAG99またはNEDMAG99.5マグネシア;および
AlF3の形態のフッ素。
Claims (9)
- 以下の重量平均化学組成:
0.4%<MgO<2.5%; 0≦Na2O<0.6%
0.2%<SiO2<2.0%; 0≦F<0.6%
CaO<0.4%; 0≦ZrO2<4%
不純物:<0.5%; B2O3<0.05%
Al2O3:残部
を有する溶融鋳込み耐火製品。ただし、重量百分率は酸化物を基準としている。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
0.7%<MgOおよび/またはMgO<2.0%
であるMgO含有量を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐火製品。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
0.5%<SiO2および/またはSiO2<1%
であるSiO2含有量を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐火製品。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
0.1%<Na2O
であるNa2O含有量を含有することを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
0.1%<F
であるF含有量を含有することを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
CaO<0.1%
であるCaO含有量を含有することを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品。 - 酸化物を基準とする重量百分率で、
ZrO2<0.1%
であるZrO2含有量を含有することを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品。 - 前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品の、ガラス炉の蓄熱室のチェッカーワーク用要素としての使用。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の耐火製品の、ガラス炉の蓄熱室のチェッカーワークの底部の要素としての使用。
