Abstract
Description
−大きい方の直径がS1である壁により形成された本体と直径がS2である少なくとも1つのネックを持ち、半結晶性PETで作られ、ほぼ本体中央部において壁の厚さが100μm未満である容器と、
−容器に入っている製品と、
−ネックから製品をせき止めるか、又は分配するための密閉手段とで構成されるパッケージ組立体に関するものであり、
容器は、製品が充填されている時、手で実質的に圧縮不可能である。
−大きい方の直径がS1である壁により形成された本体と直径がS2である少なくとも1つのネックを持ち、半結晶性PETで作られ、ほぼ本体中央部において壁の厚さが100μm未満である容器と、
−機能要素を含む製品と、
−ネックから製品をせき止めるか、又は分配するための密閉手段とで構成されるパッケージ組立体に関するものである。

Claims (16)
- 大きい方の直径がS1である壁により形成された本体と、直径がS2である少なくとも1つのネックとを持ち、半結晶性PETでできている、壁の厚さがほぼ本体中央部において100μm未満であり、掴みやすいように複雑な三次元形状を採用し、この部分は直径S3である容器。
- 掴みやすくする前記部分は、本体のほぼ中央部にあり、直径S3はS1よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記大きい方の直径S1と前記小さい方の直径S3との直径比は、1.2:1から2:1の範囲である、請求項2に記載の容器。
- パッケージ組立体であって、
大きい方の直径がS1である壁により形成された本体と、直径がS2である少なくとも1つのネックとを持ち、半結晶性PETで作られ、ほぼ本体中央部において壁の厚さが100μm未満である容器と、
前記容器に入っている製品と、
前記ネックから前記製品をせき止める、又は分配するための密閉手段とで形成され、前記容器は、前記製品が充填されている場合には手で実質的に圧縮不可能であるパッケージ組立体。 - 前記製品は、ペースト状、液体、半液体、粒状、又は粉末の製品からなるグループから選択される、請求項4に記載のパッケージ組立体。
- 前記組立体は、垂直荷重及び/又は横荷重に対し高い抵抗力を有し、輸送に対する耐性が良好である、請求項4又は5に記載のパッケージ組立体。
- 前記組立体は、重量約4gの容器について約100kgを超える垂直荷重及び/又は横荷重を支える、請求項6に記載のパッケージ組立体。
- パッケージ組立体であって、
大きい方の直径がS1である壁により形成された本体と、直径がS2である少なくとも1つのネックとを持ち、半結晶性PETで作られ、ほぼ本体中央部において壁の厚さが100μm未満である容器と、
機能要素を含む製品と、
前記ネックから前記製品をせき止めるか、又は分配するための密閉手段とで構成されるパッケージ組立体。 - 前記機能要素は、繊維、植物抽出物、果物抽出物、ビタミン、及びフレーバーからなるグループから選択される、請求項8に記載のパッケージ組立体。
- 前記組立体は、60℃を超える温度で低温殺菌又は消毒される、請求項8又は9記載のパッケージ組立体。
- 直立位置で容器を支える底部を備える、請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記容器は、掴むのに便利な三次元形状、卵形、球形、楕円形、又は円柱形状からなるグループから選択された形態を持つ、請求項4から11までのいずれかに記載のパッケージ組立体。
- 前記容器の前記壁の厚さは、本体のほぼ中央部において、30から70μmまでの範囲である、請求項1から12までのいずれかに記載の容器。
- S2対S1の比は、1:2から1:15までの範囲である、請求項1から13までのいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記容器は外側にパッド印刷で行った印刷物を備える、請求項1から14までのいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記容器は、プレフォームの古典的な延伸と比較して高い延伸指数を持つPETプレフォームのブロー成形により得られる請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の前記容器の製造プロセス。
