Abstract

The fluid container especially cosmetic essentially consisting of capacity part and the cap, characterised by the capacity part (5) with the cross-section on the full length elliptical (14) shape with different radiuses and in the front view transforming from the bottom (7) into symmetrical angle spacing (6), finished by radius (8) and next transform into concavity (4) ended with radial projection (3), transiting angular (9) into top horizontal plane (11) with positioned filling end (10) with cap (2). In the side view the capacity part (5) has in the low and middle part straight line shape (12) transiting in the upper part on the arch (13) into horizontal upper plane (11) with filling end (10). The cap (2) has inverted truncated cone shape and in the upper part opposite having arch relief (1).

Description

Container

The object of the present utility model is a fluid container especiaily for cosmetic fluids.

There are known from description of registered design no. 96633 the fluid container, of shape similar to cubicoid with rounded sides and sliy Hy rounded into the base, with the shape similar to ellipse. Upper side of the container is also similar to ellipse. There are also known from description of registered design no. 101445 the bottle, especially for cosmetic fluids. That bottle consists of cubicoid container and cap, both has profiled vertical grooves in the corners. The cap has a plug closure and is mounted to the bottle through latch located in the bottle relief.

There are also known from description of registered design no. 101625 the bottle, especially for cosmetic fluids. The bottle is build as a container with elliptical bottom and has profiled projections and grooves with cavity. The arch vault of the bottle has the filling hole, and near the projection are located guiding grooves. The bottle construction is adapted to filling in the filling lines.

The essence of the present utility model is the fluid container especially for cosmetic fluids, consisting of capacity part and cap and characterised by capacity part having in the full-length cross-section elliptical shape with different radiuses. In the front view the container transform from the bottom into symmetrical angle spacing, finished by radius and next transform into concavity ended with radial projection, transiting angular into top horizontal plane with positioned filling end with cap. In the side view the container in the capacity part has in the low and middle part straight line shape transiting in the upper part on the arch into horizontal upper plane with filling end. The cap has inverted truncated cone shape but in the upper part has opposite arch relief.

The present utility model was presented on the figures, where on the Fig.1 was presented front view of the container, on the Fig.2 side view, on the Fig.3 cross-section and on the Fig.4 the longitudinal section of the cap. The container for cosmetic fluids in the example consists of capacity part 5 and the cap 2. The capacity part 5 has on the full-length in the cross-section elliptical 14 shape with different radiuses. In the front view the container transform from the bottom 7 into symmetrical angle spacing 6, finished by radius 8 and next transform into concavity 4 ended with radial projection 3, transiting angular 9 into top horizontal plane H with positioned filling end 10 with cap 2. In the side view the container in the capacity part 5 has in the low and middle part straight line shape 12 transiting in the upper part on the arch 13 into horizontal upper plane 1_1 with filling end 10.

The solution according to present utility model permits efficient container handgrip during cosmetic fluid application.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. The fluid container especially cosmetic consisting essentially of capacity part and cap, with capacity part (5) having in the cross- section on the full length elliptical (14) shape with different radiuses and in the front view transforming from the bottom (7) into symmetrical angle spacing (6), finished by radius (8) and next transform into concavity (4) ended with radial projection (3), transiting angular (9) into top horizontal plane (1 1) with positioned filling end (10) with cap (2).

2. The fluid container according to the claim 1 identified in the side view by the capacity part (5) having in the low and middle part straight line shape (12) transiting in the upper part on the arch (13) into horizontal upper plane (11) with filling end (10).

3. The fluid container according to the claim 1 identified by the cap (2) having inverted truncated cone shape and in the upper part opposite having arch relief (1).
