Abstract

1.- Un contenedor, CARACTERIZADO porque tiene un cuerpo formado por una ó mas paredes con un diámetro mayor S1 y por lo menos un cuello o gollete con un diámetro S2, fabricado a partir de un material PET semi-cristalino que tiene un espesor de pared menor que 100 AND#956;m, sustancialmente en el medio de su cuerpo y que tiene una forma tridimensional compleja, adecuada para poder agarrarlo, donde esta parte tiene un diámetro S3.4.- Un conjunto de envase o embalaje, CARACTERIZADO porque está formado por - un contenedor con un cuerpo formado por una o varias paredes con un diámetro mayor S1 y por lo menos un gollete con un diámetro S2, estando fabricado el contenedor en un material PET semi-cristalino y con un espesor de pared menor que 100 AND#956;m, substancialmente en el medio de su cuerpo, y - un producto en el contenedor, y - medios de cierre para cerrar o distribuir el producto a través del gollete, siendo el contenedor substancialmente no comprensible con la mano al estar lleno con el producto.
