Abstract
Description
寸法安定性の支持体、
0.05〜7mmの厚さを有し、少なくとも1種のエラストマー性バインダー(a1)、レーザー照射を吸収する物質(a2)及び、架橋用の成分(a3)を含む層を架橋することにより得られる、少なくとも1種のレリーフを形成する、架橋された、エラストマー性の層(A)、
を含み、
上記レーザー照射を吸収する物質が、少なくとも150m2/gの比表面積及び少なくとも150ml/100gのDBP数を有する伝導性カーボンブラックであることが分かった。
その上にレーザー彫刻可能なレリーフから向きがそれている支持体の側面が存在する弾力性の基礎構造が同じ目的に役立つ。
伝導性カーボンブラックを含む1層のフレキソ印刷要素
以下の開始剤がエラストマー性のレリーフ形成層(A)用に使用された。
非伝導性カーボンブラックグレードを含む1層のフレキソ印刷要素
実施例1と同様に、押し出し成形及び、接着物を形成する成分の混合物で被覆されたPET支持体フィルムと珪素被覆保護フィルムの間において、溶融物をカレンダーにかけることにより、フレキソ印刷要素が製造された。エラストマー性の層の組成(composition)は実施例1のものに対応し、しかし、異なる非伝導性カーボンブラックグレードが使用された。各ケースにおいて使用されたカーボンブラックが以下の表に示されている。
層(A)及び層(B)を含む2層フレキソ印刷要素
実施例1に従った、100μmの厚さのエラストマー性の層(A)が、製造された2枚の珪素処理(siliconized)された保護フィルムの間に押し出し成形することにより、最初に製造された。実施例1と同様、電子ビームにより層を架橋した後、珪素処理されたフィルムの1枚がカバー要素を得るために剥離された。
層(A)と(B)を含む2層フレキソ印刷要素
以下の組成を有する加硫可能(vulcanizable)な天然ゴム/カーボンブラック混合物が最初にロールミル上において製造された。
比較用に、実施例2からの2層フレキソ印刷要素が250WCO21本レーザービームユニットのみで彫刻された。
比較用に、実施例3からの2層フレキソ印刷要素が250WCO21本レーザービームユニットのみで彫刻された。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも、他のものの上に配置された、
寸法安定性の支持体、及び、
0.05〜7mmの厚さを有し、少なくとも1種のバインダー(a1)、レーザー照射を吸収する物質(a2)、及び架橋用の成分(a3)を含む層を架橋することにより得られる、少なくとも1種の、レリーフを形成する架橋されたエラストマー性の層(A)、
を含み、
前記レーザー照射を吸収する物質が、少なくとも150m2/gの比表面積及び少なくとも150ml/100gのDBP数を有する伝導性カーボンブラックである、レーザー彫刻によるフレキソ印刷版製造用のフレキソ印刷要素。 - 前記物質が、少なくとも500m2/gの比表面積及び少なくとも250ml/100gのDBP数を有する伝導性カーボンブラックである、請求項1に記載のフレキソ印刷要素。
- 少なくとも、更に、支持体と層(A)との間に位置し、少なくとも1種のバインダー(b1)及び架橋用の成分(b3)を含む層を架橋することにより得られる、レリーフを形成する、架橋されたエラストマー性の層(B)を含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフレキソ印刷要素。
- バインダー(b1)が、熱可塑性のエラストマー性のバインダーである請求項3に記載のフレキソ印刷要素。
- 層(B)が更にレーザー照射を吸収する物質(b2)を含む請求項3又は請求項4に記載のフレキソ印刷要素。
- 層(A)中のバインダー(a1)が天然又は合成ゴムである請求項3〜5の何れかに記載のフレキソ印刷要素。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のフレキソ印刷要素が使用され、印刷レリーフが層(A)及び適宜、層(B)内にレーザー装置によって彫刻され、レーザーによりレリーフ要素に彫刻される深さが少なくとも0.03mmである、フレキソ印刷版の製造方法。
- 前記レーザー装置が、2本以上のレーザービームを有するレーザー装置である請求項7に記載の方法。
- レーザービームの少なくとも1本が粗構造物の製造用に使用され、そして少なくとも1本が微細構造物の製造用に使用される請求項8に記載の方法。
