Claims (7)
- 吸気消音器が中空の基台(10)と、中空の基台(10)に結合されるカバー(20)を備え、部品が、互いに着座可能な周辺フランジ(11、21)を含む中空の基台(10)とカバー(20)によって画成され、かつ、吸気消音器が前記周辺フランジが互いに着座される接合区域で中空基台(10)をカバー(20)に固定する保持手段をさらに備える、密閉圧縮機の吸気消音器を閉鎖するためのシステムであって、前記周辺フランジ(11、21)は、連帯して前記周辺フランジ(11、21)の円周方向の延長部の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びる内部通路(30)を画成するように形作られ、かつ、内部通路は対になって互いに軸方向に整列する貫通孔(13、23)によって周辺フランジの相対する外面に対して開口しており、貫通孔(13、23)の各対が貫通孔(13、23)の隣接する対に対して円周方向の距離を保ち、各対の貫通孔(13、23)および内部通路(30)が、前記周辺フランジ(11、21)の隣接し、相対する外面の各々に着座させるべき軸方向固定部分(41)を画成するように、貫通孔(13、23)から外側に向かって突き出す注入材料のガスケット(40)によって充満されることを特徴とする、システム。
- 内部通路(30)が周辺フランジ(11、21)の円周方向延長部に沿って連続していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各軸方向固定部分(41)が、貫通孔(13、23)の2つの連続する対の2つの隣接する貫通孔(13、23)の間の隣接する周辺フランジ(11、21)の外面上に着座されるガスケット(40)の突き出し部によって画成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各軸方向固定部分(41)が、隣接する周辺フランジ(11、21)の外面上に着座される広げられたヘッドの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 注入ガスケットの材料がプラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 中空基台(10)およびカバー(20)が、それらの周辺フランジ(11、21)の互いの着座状態で、吸気消音器の内部をシールするためのラビリンス部分を画成し、中空基台(10)およびカバー(20)によって画成される前記部品の一方に設けられる少なくとも1つの溝(14、24)を備え、その中にもう一方の部品に設けられるそれぞれのリブ(15、25)が、干渉して嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各周辺フランジ(11、21)が、溝(14、24)およびリブ(15、25)によって画成される少なくとも1つの部品を画成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
