Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの排気弁(4)と動作可能に結合される少なくとも1つの排気口(3a)を備える弁板(3)によって一端が閉鎖されたシリンダ(2)を画定し、シリンダ(2)と共に圧縮室を画定するシリンダクランクケース(1)と、ガス出口(13)と圧縮室の反対側で弁板(3)に対向して着座される端壁(14)とを有し、内部に排気チャンバ(11)が画定されるシリンダキャップ(10)と、シリンダキャップ(10)のガス出口(13)を圧縮機の外部と連通させる排気管(18)とを備えるタイプの冷凍圧縮機のガス排気用断熱システムであって、内部に少なくとも1つのプレナム(21)を画定し、シリンダキャップ(10)内部に割出し式で取り付けられて、シリンダキャップ(10)と共に間隙(30)を保つ中空体(20)を備え、前記中空体(20)は、弁板(3)に排気弁(4)を固定して排気弁(4)の止め部を画定するために弁板(3)に着座される基端壁(24)であって、弁板(3)が中空体(20)の内部容積と直接接触するのを防ぎ、弁板(3)の排気口(3a)に向かって開口する入口ノズル(22)が形成された基端壁(24)と、端壁(14)の内側に形成された管状通路(16)に嵌め込まれる外側管状突出部(23a)を備えた出口ノズル(23)が形成された上端壁(25)とを備え、出口ノズル(23)、外側管状突出部(23a)、および管状通路(16)は、シリンダキャップ(10)のガス出口(13)に向かって開口していることを特徴とする、断熱システム。
- 中空体(20)の入口ノズル(22)が、基端壁(24)に設けられた基部開口部(22a)と、基部開口部(22a)を囲んで基端壁(24)から中空体(20)内部へと伸びる管状突出部(22b)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱システム。
- 外側管状突出部(23a)が、中空体(20)の上端壁(25)に形成された下方領域(25a)から外側に向かって伸び、管状通路(16)は端壁(14)の内部に画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の断熱システム。
- 上端壁(25)とシリンダキャップ(10)の端壁(14)との間に設けられ、中空体(20)を弁板(3)に弾性的に押し付ける付勢手段(40)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の断熱システム。
- 付勢手段(40)が、板ばね(41)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の断熱システム。
- 上端壁(25)が、中空体(20)から外側に向けられた複数の上部突出部(25b)と一体になり、板ばね(41)の両端はそれぞれ中空体(20)の上端壁(25)のそれぞれの上部突出部(25b)に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の断熱システム。
- 中空体(20)が、2つの部品(20a、20b)で形成され、一方は基端壁(24)と一体となり、他方は上端壁(25)と一体となり、前記部品は、中空体(20)のプレ
ナム(21)を第1および第2の排気チャンバ(C1、C2)に分割する共通の隔壁(26)に着座され、前記隔壁(26)は両方の排気チャンバ(C1、C2)を連通させる少なくとも1つの開口部(26a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の断熱システム。 - 隔壁(26)の開口部(26a)が、入口ノズル(22)に対して偏心位置にある直線部分(27a)によって第1の排気チャンバ(C1)内に突出し、音響減衰器を形成する弓状部分(27b)によって第2の排気チャンバ(C2)の内へと突出する少なくとも1つの管(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の断熱システム。
- 中空体(20)が、断熱材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の断熱システム。
- 請求項1〜請求項9に記載されているガス排気用断熱システムを備えることを特徴とする、冷凍圧縮機。
