Claims (6)
- ポリウレタンに基づく2成分コーティングシステムであって、該システムが、
(a)要すれば親水化されているポリイソシアネート、
(b)水中および要すれば有機溶媒または混合溶媒存在下で、要すれば親水化されたイソシアネートと反応性である基を有する化合物、
(c)周期表第5および第6(亜)族元素の1以上の化合物であって、各場合元素が、少なくとも+4の酸化状態を有するもの、
(d)要すれば別の添加剤および助剤、
を実質的に含有し、
(a)〜(d)重量部の合計は100である場合に、(a)+(b)の量は20〜99.9999重量部であり、(c)の量は0.0001〜5重量部であり、かつ(d)の量は0〜75重量部であることを特徴とする、ポリウレタンに基づく2成分コーティングシステム。 - 成分(c)が成分(a)または(b)の調製の間に、各成分に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステムの調製方法。
- 成分(c)がシステムが使用できる状態として調製する間に、混合物へ導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステムの調製方法。
- 成分(c)が、1以上の成分に添加されて、水または溶媒をさらに添加することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステムの調製方法。
- ラッカー、ペイントおよび接着剤の製造のための、請求項1記載のシステムの使用。
- 請求項1記載のシステムを用いて被覆した基材。
