Claims (9)
- 過負荷防止機構を備えた締結構造であって、
第1の被締結要素(1)と、
該第1被締結要素(1)に対して締付けられる第2の被締結要素(2)と、
締結用の締付けボルト(3)とを有する締結構造において、
前記第1被締結要素(1)に挿通されるとともに、前記締付けボルト(3)によって前記第2被締結要素(2)に対して締付けられるスリーブ(4)と、
前記スリーブ(4)と係合して前記第1被締結要素(1)を前記第2被締結要素(2)に対して締付けるスリーブ締付け装置(5)とを有し、
前記スリーブ(4)は、前記スリーブ締付け装置(5)により所定の緩み量(4f')にまで除荷され、
前記第1及び第2被締結要素(1,2)を互いに引き離す動力が限界動力を上回ると、前記締付けボルト(3)による締付けに対して前記スリーブ(4)の除荷が生じ、それに続いて前記締付けボルト(3)の破断が生じるようにしたことを特徴とする、締結構造。 - 前記締付けボルト(3)は、その降伏点に相当する所定の締付け量(3f')まで負荷が与えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結構造。
- 前記締付けボルト(3)は、前記スリーブ(4)よりも降伏し易いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の締結構造。
- 前記スリーブ(4)は、前記第1被締結要素(1)よりも降伏し易いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の締結構造。
- 前記締付けボルト(3)は、雌螺子(2a)を備えた前記第2被締結要素(2)の穴の中に螺子込まれる雄螺子(3a)を有するボルト(3)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の締結構造。
- 前記スリーブ(4)は、雌螺子(5a)を有する前記スリーブ締付要素(5)に螺合する雄螺子(4b)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の締結構造。
- 締付けボルト(3)、スリーブ(4)及びスリーブ締付け装置(5)、殊に、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の締結構造を用いた2つの被締結要素(1,2)の締結方法において、
前記締付けボルト(3)が前記スリーブ(4)を圧縮するように、前記締付けボルト(3)で前記スリーブ(4)を第2被締結要素(2)に締付ける工程と、
前記スリーブ(4)を前記工程における圧縮に対して所定の緩み量(4f')にまで除荷するように、第1被締結要素(1)を貫通して突出した前記スリーブ(4)と係合した前記スリーブ締付け装置(5)を締付けて、前記第1被締結要素(1)を前記第2被締結要素(2)に締付ける工程とを含み、
前記第1及び第2被締結要素(1,2)を反対方向に引き離す動力が所定の限界動力を上回ると、前記スリーブ(4)の完全な除荷と、前記締付けボルト(3)の破断とがもたらされるようにしたことを特徴とする締結方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の締結構造において使用され、又は請求項6に記載の方法と組み合わせて使用される締付けボルト(3)及びスリーブ(4)であって、前記締付けボルト(3)は、前記スリーブ(4)よりも降伏し易い材料で作られることを特徴とする締付けボルト(3)及びスリーブ(4)。
- 前記締付けボルト(3)を所定量だけ伸長させる力が、前記スリーブ(4)に逆に作用して、該スリーブ(4)を僅かな量だけ圧縮することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のボルト(3)及びスリーブ(4)。
