Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 内部を延びるとともに環状溝を含む開口を有する脚部を含むヨークと、
トラニオンを有する十字継手と、
前記トラニオンに取り付けられ、前記開口内に位置する軸受カップと、
複数の階段状表面を有するリングを含む保持部材と、
を含み、
前記階段状表面の少なくとも1つは前記溝内に配置され、前記リングは前記ヨークにバイアス係合していることを特徴とする自在継手。 - 請求項1において、前記階段状表面は互いに実質的に平行であることを特徴とする自在継手。
- 請求項2において、前記保持部材は、内側エッジ、外側エッジ、下部表面を含み、前記階段状表面は前記下部表面と実質的に平行であり、前記保持部材の厚みは前記外側エッジから前記内側エッジに向かって増加していることを特徴とする自在継手。
- 請求項1において、前記軸受カップはスリーブセグメントと端部セグメントを含み、前記保持部材は前記軸受カップの前記端部セグメントと係合していることを特徴とする自在継手。
- 第1の回転軸を中心として回転するように設けられ、第1の環状溝を内部に含む第1の貫通穴をそれぞれ有する一対の第1の脚部を含む第1のヨークと、
第2の回転軸を中心として回転するように設けられ、第2の環状溝を内部に含む第2の貫通穴をそれぞれ有する一対の第2の脚部を含む第2のヨークと、
一対の第1のトラニオンと一対の第2のトラニオンとを有する十字継手と、
前記第1のトラニオンに取り付けられ、前記第1の貫通穴内に位置する一対の第1の軸受カップと、
前記第2のトラニオンに取り付けられ、前記第2の貫通穴内に位置する一対の第2の軸受カップと、
内側エッジと、外側エッジと、厚みが異なる断面とを含む複数の保持部材と、
を含み、
前記断面の厚みは前記外側エッジから前記内側エッジに向かって増加し、前記外側エッジと前記断面の少なくとも一部は前記第1及び第2の環状溝内に位置し、前記第1のヨークの前記回転軸は前記第2のヨークの前記回転軸と整列していることを特徴とする自在継手。 - 請求項5において、前記保持部材のそれぞれは、実質的に平らな下部表面と実質的に平行に延びる複数の階段状表面を含むことを特徴とする自在継手。
- 請求項6において、前記下部表面は内側表面から外側表面に向かって延びていることを特徴とする自在継手。
- 請求項7において、前記断面の厚みは、前記第1及び第2の軸受カップの端部セグメントと前記第1及び第2の環状溝の外側エッジとの間の最大間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする自在継手。
