Abstract
Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による高圧ポンプには、公知のものに比べて次のような利点がある。すなわち本発明による高圧ポンプでは、リングの滑りラッカ被覆層によって、リングと少なくとも間接的に少なくとも1つのポンプピストンとの間の接触領域において、十分な耐摩耗性が保証されている。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の1実施例を説明する。
図2は、図1のII−II線に沿った高圧ポンプの断面図である。
図1及び図2には、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の高圧ポンプが示されている。この高圧ポンプは、複数部分から形成されているハウジング10を有しており、このハウジング10内には駆動軸12が配置されている。駆動軸12はハウジング10内において、駆動軸12の回転軸線13の方向において互いに間隔おいて位置している2つの支承箇所14,16を介して回転可能に支承されている。両支承箇所14,16はハウジング10の異なった部分に配置されていてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の高圧ポンプであって、回転駆動される駆動軸(12)が設けられていて、該駆動軸(12)が、その回転軸線(13)に対して偏心的に形成された軸区分(26)を有していて、該軸区分(26)にリング(28)が回転可能に支承されており、少なくとも1つのポンプエレメント(32)が設けられていて、該ポンプエレメント(32)が、駆動軸(12)によってリング(28)を介して少なくとも間接的に往復運動で駆動されるポンプピストン(34)を有していて、該ポンプピストン(34)が少なくとも間接的にリング(28)に接触している形式のものにおいて、リング(28)が少なくとも前記軸区分(26)とは反対側の外側面において、少なくとも特定の領域(29)、つまり少なくとも1つのポンプピストン(34)が少なくとも間接的にリング(28)に接触している領域(29)に、滑りラッカ製の被覆層(56)を備えていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の高圧ポンプ。
- リング(28)がその外周部に少なくとも1つの平らな面取り部(29)を有していて、該面取り部(29)にポンプピストン(34)が少なくとも間接的に接触していて、同面取り部(29)が滑りラッカ製の被覆層(56)を備えている、請求項1記載の高圧ポンプ。
- リング(28)が少なくとも、滑りラッカ製の被覆層(56)が設けられている領域に、軟窒化された表面層(58)を有していて、該表面層(58)に滑りラッカ製の被覆層(56)が設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 軟窒化された表面層(58)が、約5〜20μmの厚さ、有利には約10μmの厚さを有している、請求項3記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 滑りラッカ製の被覆層(56)が、約10〜50μmの厚さ、有利には約15〜30μmの厚さを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の高圧ポンプ。
- リング(28)が16MnCrS5の合金から成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の高圧ポンプ。
