Claims (17)
- 圧力、せん断、および熱エネルギーを同時に作用させながら、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線でポリマーを処理することを特徴とする、ポリマーを塑性変形する方法。
- 前記方法の実施中にポリマーに熱を供給するか、ポリマーから熱を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電磁放射線がレーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記電磁放射線が1〜50μmの範囲にある波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーに作用する圧力が1N/mm2〜5000N/mm2の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかにに記載の方法。
- せん断が、力またはトルクによって100〜106s-1の範囲のせん断速度で前記ポリマーに作用するように加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうるポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーが多糖類またはポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーがセルロース、キチン、ポリビニルアルコール、セルロースの構造異性体、キチンの構造異性体または一つ以上の上記ポリマーの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーがセルロースであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 圧力、せん断、および熱エネルギーとを同時に作用させながら、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線によって前記ポリマーを溶融し、次に、公知の方法で押出してフィルムにするか、紡いで繊維にするか、射出成形処理により成形物にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマーを保持するための手段、前記ポリマーに圧力を加えるための手段、前記ポリマーをせん断するための手段、熱を供給するか、除去するための手段、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線をポリマーに照射するための手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- 0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線をポリマーに照射するための前記手段がレーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーをせん断するための前記手段が、もう一方に対して運動可能な2つのラム面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーに圧力を加えるための前記手段が、同時に前記ポリマーをせん断する手段でもあることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法で得ることができる、セルロースまたはキチンから成るポリマー。
- フィルム、繊維または成形物として存在することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のポリマー。
