Claims (16)
- 圧力、せん断、および熱エネルギーを同時に作用させながら、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線で分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうるポリマーを処理することを特徴とする、分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうるポリマーを塑性変形する方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーが多糖類またはポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーがセルロース、キチン、ポリビニルアルコール、セルロースの構造異性体、キチンの構造異性体または一つ以上の上記ポリマーの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 分子間架橋水素結合を形成しうる前記ポリマーがセルロースであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記方法の実施中にポリマーに熱を供給するか、ポリマーから熱を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電磁放射線がレーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電磁放射線が1〜50μmの範囲にある波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーに作用する圧力が1N/mm2〜5000N/mm2の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- せん断が、力またはトルクによって100〜106s−1の範囲のせん断速度で前記ポリマーに作用するように加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧力、せん断、および熱エネルギーとを同時に作用させながら、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線によって前記ポリマーを溶融し、次に、公知の方法で押出してフィルムにするか、紡いで繊維にするか、射出成形処理により成形物にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマーを保持するための手段、前記ポリマーに圧力を加えるための手段、前記ポリマーをせん断するための手段、熱を供給するか、除去するための手段、0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線をポリマーに照射するための手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- 0.8〜100μmの範囲にある波長を有する電磁放射線をポリマーに照射するための前記手段がレーザーであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーをせん断するための前記手段が、もう一方に対して運動可能な2つのラム面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーに圧力を加えるための前記手段が、同時に前記ポリマーをせん断する手段でもあることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法で得ることができる、セルロースまたはキチンから成るポリマー。
- フィルム、繊維または成形物として存在することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のポリマー。
