Claims (22)
- テレビジョン信号処理装置であって、
前記テレビジョン信号処理装置が第1の動作モードにあるときに第1の信号に同調し、第2の動作モードにあるときにパワーを供給されない第1のチューナと、
前記テレビジョン信号処理装置が第1の動作モードと第2の動作モードにあるときに第2の信号に同調し、第2の動作モードにある時間の一部でパワーを供給される第2のチューナとを有し、
前記テレビジョン信号処理装置が第2の動作モードにある時間の前記一部は、前記テレビジョン信号処理装置が前記第2の動作モードにある時間の100%より短いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載のテレビジョン信号処理装置であって、
補助データの受信を容易にするために、前記テレビジョン信号処理装置が第2の動作モードにある時間の前記一部の間に前記第2のチューナにパワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載のテレビジョン信号処理装置であって、
前記補助データはプログラムガイド情報であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載のテレビジョン信号処理装置であって、
前記補助データは緊急警報信号であることを特徴とする装置。 - 装置であって、
チューナと、
動作パワーのソースと、
前記装置の通常動作モードの間およびスタンバイ動作モードの第1の部分の間に、前記チューナに前記動作パワーを提供させ、前記スタンバイ動作モードの第2の部分の間に、前記チューナに前記動作パワーを提供させないコントローラとを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、
補助データの受信を容易にするために、スタンバイ動作モードの第1の時間の間に、前記チューナに動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項6に記載の装置であって、
前記補助データはプログラムガイド情報であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項6に記載の装置であって、
前記補助データは緊急警報信号であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、
前記コントローラは、温度測定に応答して、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に前記動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、
前記コントローラは、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に、所定の時間に前記動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 装置であって、
制御手段と、
チューナと、
前記制御手段からの信号に応答してスタンバイモードで前記チューナにパワーを提供する電源とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置であって、
補助データの受信を容易にするために、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置であって、
前記補助データはプログラムガイド情報であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置であって、
前記補助データは緊急警報信号であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置であって、
前記コントローラは、温度測定に応答して、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に前記動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置であって、
前記コントローラは、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に、所定の時間に前記動作パワーを提供することを特徴とする装置。 - 通常動作モードを有し、スタンバイ動作モードを有する信号処理装置であって、
信号を選択するチューナと、
制御信号に応答して前記チューナにパワーを提供する電源と、
通常動作モードの間、および前記スタンバイモードの第1の部分の間に、前記電源をして前記チューナにパワーを提供させ、前記スタンバイ動作モードの第2の部分の間に、前記電源をして前記チューナにパワーを提供させないように、前記信号処理装置のパラメータに応じて前記制御信号を生成するコントローラとを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 信号処理装置のパワー損失を制御する方法であって、
第1の動作モードにおいてチューナにパワーを提供するステップと、
第2の動作モードの一部分の間に前記チューナにパワーを提供し、前記第2の動作モードの残りの部分の間に前記チューナにパワーを提供しないステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、
補助データの受信を容易にするために前記第2の動作モードの前記一部分の間に、前記チューナにパワーを提供することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法であって、
前記補助データはプログラムガイド情報であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、
前記補助データは緊急警報信号であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、
温度測定に応じて、スタンバイ動作モードの前記第1の部分の間に前記パワーを提供することを特徴とする方法。
