Claims (17)
- 金属連続体(1)が移送方向(R)に向かって装置(2)を通して移送され、この装置内で、金属連続体は、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニングを施される、金属連続体(1)、特に普通鋼又はステンレス鋼から成る熱間圧延された鋼帯のデスケーリング及び/又はクリーニング方法において、
金属連続体(1)は、移送方向(R)に対して、このプラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の前に、この金属連続体(1)に高い度合いの平坦性を付与するプロセスを施されることを特徴とする方法。 - 金属連続体(1)が、引張り平面矯正プロセスを施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)が、引張り曲げ平面矯正プロセスを施されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)に、金属連続体(1)の材料の弾性限界の少なくとも10%に相当する引張応力が発生するような引張力(F)を加えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)が、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)を通して連続的に移送されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)が、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)を通して不連続的に移送されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の後に、金属連続体(1)の表面検査を行い、その際検査装置と接続された制御回路において、所望のデスケーリング又はクリーニング品質が達成されるように、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)を通して金属連続体(1)を移送する速度(v)を、この検査に応じて設定していることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)は、デスケーリング及び/又はクリーニングに続いて、溶解した金属をコーティングされる、特に溶融亜鉛めっきを施されることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)は、デスケーリング及び/又はクリーニングの後で、かつ溶解した金属のコーティングの前に、加熱される、特に誘導加熱されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 金属連続体(1)は、デスケーリング及び/又はクリーニングに続いて、冷間圧延されることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- その装置を通して金属連続体(1)を移送方向(R)に移送し、その装置内で、金属連続体(1)にプラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニングを施す装置(2)を有する、金属連続体(1)、特に普通鋼又はステンレス鋼から成る熱間圧延された鋼帯のデスケーリング及び/又はクリーニングを行う、特に請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施する装置において、
移送方向(R)に対して、このプラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の前に配置された、この金属連続体(1)に高い度合いの平坦性を付与する手段(4)を特徴とする装置。 - 金属連続体(1)に引張力(F)を加えるために、当該の手段(4)の前及び/又は後に、少なくとも一つの伸展装置(5,6)を配置していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)が、真空状態に有る処理室(8)を有し、その処理室には、金属連続体(1)の移送方向(R)に対して、一定数のモジュラー形式に構成された電極(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 個々の電極(9)は、金属連続体(1)の表面のスケールの度合い及び/又は汚れの度合いに応じて、並びに金属連続体(1)がプラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)を通り抜ける速度(v)に応じて、互いに独立して電源をオン/オフすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 移送方向(R)に対して、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の後に、制御手段(11)と接続された、金属連続体(1)の表面を検査する検査手段(10)が配置されており、その際この制御手段(11)は、金属連続体(1)の所望のデスケーリング品質又はクリーニング品質を達成するために、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)を通して金属連続体(1)を移送する速度(v)を、この検査に応じて設定していることを特徴とする請求項11から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 移送方向(R)に対して、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の後に、金属連続体(1)に溶解した金属をコーティングする、特に溶融亜鉛めっきを施す手段(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11から15までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 移送方向(R)に対して、プラズマ・デスケーリング及び/又はプラズマ・クリーニング装置(2)の後に、金属連続体(1)を冷間圧延する手段(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11から16までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
